Tibbetts did an outstanding job on Fall cleanup. My yard was full of leaves, some of them floating in puddles around my property. Their crew spent the time to clear all of the leaves and left my property in great condition. Fantastic crew. Hard working. Highly recommended.

Tibbets mowed our lawn, always did an awesome job and were very reliable.

Please stop using polluting noisy leaf blowers. They are damaging to the environment. Also you start at 7:30 AM in Arlington and supposed to at least wait until 8AM. I have to close all my windows to keep the fumes out. It’s disgusting.

They failed to fulfill their contract with us, not completing the agreed on work, then wanted to charge us to complete the contract. Also a number to the trees they sold us died within 4 months, but they wouldn’t warranty them.

I used Tibbett's for one season. They didn't communicate well, I didn't really know when they were coming more than a day ahead of time. They also brought the wrong amount of mulch at first and so needed to come back across a whole day to get the job done. However, their service was decent in end result and pricing so I was going to use them this year. Twice I called them and twice they gave me estimates of when they were coming. They failed to come both times when they said and so even given a month lead time the yard was not ready in time for my outdoor party. I can't work with that level of unpredictability and time estimation so will be using a different service from now on.
