Our sprinkler system needed lots of attention; Heads needed to be moved due to changes in our yard, a head or two replaced and several leaks where a cluster of lines were too tight and even fixed a leak in our water line inside our house. My Wife & I just had Affordable Sprinklers install a system in our front yard Joshua and his guys came out and did one professional job ,we had 8 zones put in ,b4 they left Joshua explained the whole system and hook it up so we controlled each zone by our smart phone,at 78 yrs old I was more then empress to know the system runs by whyfi. Two people came to my house for a estimate telling me how my pipe is broken and needs a bunch of stuff trying to charge me $800+ and got another company out and no pipes were broken and cost me less than 175. They tell you lies to make you pay. Take advantage of you, what a shame. Will never recommend this company again.

We talked within 12 hours and ADAM was at my house THE NEXT DAY! Not only did he make my repairs, he saved me some money (!!!), set my timer for me AND gave me a tutorial on how to work the system. These guys were super busy but made the time to inspect my sprinkler system and diagnose a bad common wire, buried somewhere underground. They buried an all new wire from the sprinkler controller to the first solenoid box to bypass it. They were fast, friendly, and very professional, and the repair worked like a charm. I couldnt be happier!

Cliff, the owner, wowed us first, then Josh took over the install and was amazing!! Install date was the next week!! The crew arrived on time and new exactly what to do to have the system cover all the areas of lawn and 95% of our flower beds!! What a bonus!! We were a little freaked out about the app for our phone that sets and controls operation, but, Josh explained everything and we felt much better. Adam, from Affordable Sprinklers came out to fix a broken sprinkler head. I didn t realize I had several older rotor style sprinklers that were leaking. He offered me a fair price and replace them quickly. I normally do the start up each year, but I will definitely use them again for the winterization.

We just had sprinklers installed yesterday with Josh and his team form Affordable Sprinklers. Not one bad thing to say about this team. They showed up on time 8am and did not leave until close to 3pm. We had an issue with our wifi service so Josh ended up coming back to our house to program the control around 8pm at night. He walked us through each zone and how to turn it on from the app on our phone. It is an advanced system using wifi to track weather and will not turn on when 100% rain in forecast. The Affordable Sprinkler team is always there to monitor the app also, so no worries. Amazing system so far! Thanks Josh and team.

I recently purchased a home with an existing sprinkler system and was clueless how to use it. The crew from Affordable Sprinkler came out, started up the system, showed me how to use the timer, programmed the timer and checked every sprinkler head. Thats A-1 service!

Josh and his grew did an extent job. Crew was worked very well in installing the sprinkler heads. Josh did great explaining where all the zones are and naming them in the Hydrawise program. He was very patience in showing me how to adjust and change the water cycles if needed he also left is direct phone number if I have any questions. Couldnt have had a better experience from them.

Sad to write this review because I had such a positive experience with Affordable Sprinklers in the past in turning on and off my outside water, but the experience this spring has been very frustrating. Started with scheduling an appointment to turn on my water to which I was no showed on a Saturday. The day of the appointment I texted and called the cell number multiple times and received no reply. Again on the following Monday I texted to see what happened / attempt to reschedule, the only response I received was, Next availability is.. Ok, great. I scheduled the service. The team comes out, does a good job as always, turns the water on, but one of the sprinkler heads needs to be replaced. The team attempted to fix it right there, but with the root having grown over, they said they would need to come back out. I was told the office would reach out to me on Monday since my service was on Saturday. No call was received. I waited two weeks, called the office on Tuesday of this week, no answer, left a message, no call back. Attempted to call again today and still no answer. Ill have to find another company to do the repair.

Horrible customer service. Not sure how they run a business without returning customer calls. Very lazy and lack professionalism.

Cliff had come for sprinkler backflow testing. He is very good at explaining how and why we do it. He also helped tweaking my existing system to perform better, which was not part of the initial work.

Had an appointment today for sprinkler repair. I called and left a voice mail and a few text messages about the weather for the day of appointment and if we should reschedule. Never once got a return call. So the day off the appointment rain wasnt supposed to be in the area until 4pm, so I figured they will still be coming out, NOPE!! I called as soon as the opened again like the day before thinking no one was gonna answer, but to my surprise they did. The scheduler said let me put you on hold and see when they are coming out. When she return she said oh its kinda a big job they cant do it today because of the rain. I said the rain isnt coming until after 4pm. She said we called you a couple of times and left a voice mail to reschedule, I said Um no you didnt. She told me we will be out Monday. I told her forget it. Ill go with someone else. I had to waste time off work for a company that didnt show up to their appointment and couldnt even give me the courtesy of calling the day before to reschedule so I didnt have to take time off work. Very poor professionalism

If I could give Ken who estimated my job and followed up with me on some questions after install and Josh and his crew all 10 stars I would. The website and office response was not satisfactory so Im not sure if they need more help or training but I went to their website, requested a quote for a total new install and never received a reply. After approximately a month with no reply I gave them one more shot and this time decided to text the number on their site, received a text back right away that Ken would be in contact which he was, very prompt to text, setup my appt and then showed up on time as scheduled. Ken was very thorough explaining everything, answering my questions and was very honest and professional the whole time, was in no hurray and made sure I had no more questions. Because of Ken I didnt even check around with anyone else, I was comfortable with his explanation and price quote, he set me up for a job and said the office would be calling me to confirm on Monday and he would text over more information in reference to the system later that day of my quote once he got back to the office from quoting jobs. Ken texted the info as he stated that day but I did not receive a call from the office on Monday like he stated so I texted Ken back, he immediately replied and confirmed my install date. Josh and his crew showed up as scheduled, Josh explained everything they would be doing and after marking out my yard for placement walked to each area to see what I thought, if I had any concerns or wanted to make any changes, even showing me the different areas the valve boxes would be placed. Josh was actually able to do what I wanted of having all my lawn and flower gardens watered and saved me two zones which was a pleasant surprise of cost savings. The crew was mostly younger kids seemed like late teens to early twentys and they all knew their jobs, were very professional and kept working. I give the crew extra credit as my install was on one of our hottest days really humid and when the trencher had issues and Josh had to leave to swap out with the backup his crew didnt miss a beat which I feel is pretty amazing as the boss was away on an extremely hot humid day and they kept things moving along as if he never left. When Josh returned they finished up my job, Josh explained everything about the programable Wi-Fi box and iPhone app on my phone to run and program my system, then we went out and turned on each zone to make sure they accomplished what I wanted which they did. I gave Josh payment and he called in my info to the office and I was supposed to get a receipt emailed that day, after a few days of no receipt I contacted Ken and he was very prompt returning my text and making sure I got my receipt. Even with the unsatisfactory website / email no reply and other issue with the office staff I highly recommend this company and hope whatever the office / website issue is that part can be fixed because Ken, Josh and his crew were all amazing and a true asset to the company! I hope the owner realizes how valuable they are as its because of them I highly recommend this company. I am not one to leave reviews good or bad but really feel in this case I need to as Ken, Josh and his crew, I know they would say were only doing their jobs but unlike a lot of other workers out there I have had to deal with lately they all went above and beyond to make sure their customer was happy, did a great professional job and deserve to be recognized. Again because of them if I could give 10 stars I would.

I waited a month for the appointment, and they never showed up! I got a call from the technician the morning of my apt stating that she would be at my house before 1pm. I asked her to give me a 30min call ahead like many companies do for service calls, but she scoffed and acted very offended that I would ask such a thing. She never showed up, and I havent heard from them since! Very disappointed!

As anyone knows, getting a company to come out and bid a job is a long shot. Actually having a crew show up, a minor miracle. Not here. Ken came out to bid the job in just a few days. Once we accepted, it was scheduled. We were told that Josh and his crew would be here between 8-8:30 am. 7:59am, the doorbell rang. Josh took me through what they would be doing and made a few adjustments to the plan. In a mere 4 hours, they were done and we got a full demonstration of the system including the app. We really couldnt be happier. A company thats responsive, professional and all at a great price. You really cant go wrong with this company.

Unresponsive No return call

One of our lawn valve boxes was buried by previous owner in a flower bed, which we were not aware of until one of the solenoids gave up. Rob at Affordable Sprinklers was very determined to find it in the hot sun to finally track it down, fixed the solenoids and cleaned up the place. Very professional and reasonable. I will recommend these guys to address any of your sprinkler issues. I called about 10 sprinkler companies, not a single one responded or even bothered to hear my problem. These guys are prompt and professional - give them a chance, you will be a happy customer!

Rob serviced my system and he was very professional! Not only was he extremely patient in helping to diagnose the problem, but he also provided me with top of line service!

I needed a sprinkler head replaced and had some concerns about areas of the grass that weren t getting enough water. Rob replaced the sprinkler head and readjusted some of the heads to make sure that I was getting the coverage that I was hoping for. I highly recommend

Came out to my home and I gave them a list of sprinklers to be either replaced or adjusted. When I arrived home, I thought that no one appeared, because they they completely ghosted the first scheduled appointment. A few weeks later, I receive a bill for $400 merely attributed to labor costs. I called them to dispute the bill, but no one answered and the message said to send a text message, in which I did. Two weeks later, and after several more attempts to reach them without avail, the send an additional invoice. The only reason I chose this company was due to its positive reviews, in which now I realized must be fabricated. I am an attorney and don t charge nearly as much as the incompetent technician they sent. I am also 10 times better of a technician than him. I would never refer this company to my friends or family. I also hate leaving negative reviews for local businesses unless it is absolutely warranted.

Cliff and Josh were great to work with at every step in the process. Very happy with the system - definitely top of the line design and materials. Educated us thoroughly on the system, from basic to advanced features. Very fair price for a great system, with confidence of a 4 yr all-inclusive warranty.

Really like working with Affordable Sprinklers. Had them install our whole system and do annual maintenance. Today needed an adjustment after changing things in our yard. The technician Rob was able to get direction from us and get it done real quickly. Walked me through the changes and stayed around for a bit to make sure everything works great.

Its our first house and we were a little bit scrambling when we realized the sprinklers need to be winterized. Found Affordable Sprinklers online, scheduled service and it was done on time and professionally. Rob not only winterized the system, but also showed me some basics of well water shut off, how my sprinkler system timer works, etc. They charged a reasonable price as well. Would recommend to others.

When we bought our home, we thought we only had one box of sprinkler valves as it turns out Rob & Matt discovered the second one buried down 2 feet in the front of our house. Called 8 different sprinkler companies to come out and open my system and perform the backflow check test, affordable was the first and only to call back. Cliff was exactly on time and fantastic to deal with. He opened my sprinkler system and showed me how program it for the best watering. Highly recommend affordable, great people.

Cliff provided an excellent overview of the irrigation system to include which hardware they used and why. He was here on the day of installation and walked me through each zone. Josh was the onsite supervisor and ensured that the crew completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Josh discussed all aspects of the installation to include the best place to install the system controls and how to manage the system on line. An overall very positive experience.

I caught the service guy in a few lies about replacing my main control box. Box was working when he came out but he said it stopped working. He tried to charge me 600 dollars to replace. After he left I inspected the box and he unplugged a major n part in the box! Please stop trying to take advantage of people.

Adam and Leo came out and made repairs to the sprinkler system related to a cut line resulting from a construction addition. Not only made the repair, but set up a new sprinkler head so we are all set once construction wraps up. Super friendly and great to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam. He was professional and provided great service.

The service guy was on time as per the appointment. I was said the regular maintenance check is $55 and the person charged me $90 as this is a service call. No one explained me this during my initial call. When I asked the service person he said $55 is to turn on the sprinklers. Also he said it would cost $100 to change a sprinkler head, when it costs $12 on Amazon. The person was hardly there for less than 15 mins. Overall not a great experience with this company. I seen the overall rating but the recent ratings were poor.

Everything was fine intill I had an issue after just a few months after the install of my sprinkler system. Owner claims the added rain sensor his tech sold me is ridiculous and he doesnt like it. I trusted his tech and no we I have a system the owner said he wouldnt have at his house. BUYER B WARE.

Chris not only personally came out to address and fix all our issues he ensured we had a great grasp of what our system can do. His professionalism and tremendous attitude certainly ensured I will be a customer for life. This is what Customer Service looks like and this is what standing behind your product looks like. Thank you, Affordable Sprinklers, for restoring my faith in your company. REALLY want to leave these guys a positive review. After all they have a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot, we had a system put in April 22 timeframe, at the time we were out of state, so my daughter was here for the install. Once we arrive end of June and switched everything over the system stop working. No issue the guy told my daughter have your parents give us a call when they get to Michigan and we will come by and explain everything to them and set up the app on their phone. Awesome, we call spoke with the guys said I m booked but I will try and swing by if I finish a project early. That was the beginning of July. In addition to the non-working system, we have a couple of other issues that we would like to discuss, but all we get is the voice mail and contrary to what it says they do not return, calls or text messages. At this point if I could give minus stars I would because 1 star is way too high in my estimation.

Very unprofessional been waiting 2-3 weeks for someone to call me, I had to call back to see what s going on and once she scheduled she mentioned a $95 service fee for something they need to correct when they did the blowout in the fall!! Don t use these people I will spread the word in my community on Facebook!!

They installed my sprinkler system. My house is a new build. I was nervous about price because I am a single mom. When I tell you this company is TOP NOTCH ..they are. Josh and Cliff was so wonderful. I felt like I made a new family. They explained EVERY DETAIL to me, even though I still screwed it up Lol!! They came back out when I couldn t figure out my zones the same day. I got an extra spigot on the side of my house Yaaaay! They probably felt sorry for me because my house came with only one and it was all the way on the other side causing me to drag a LOT of dirt across my driveway. I wish I could give Affordable Sprinklers a 10 plus reveiw. Cliff, Ken, Josh Nathan Garrett absolutely love what they do and KNOW what they are doing. We had an excavator (Todd LaCosse and Bill Smally from Blackpearl Lawn and Snow) completely destroy the sprinkler system in the backyard and cut the sprinkler Main. Ken was out the next day ; Cliff also stopped by to introduce himself. They fixed the damaged zones,installed new zones, in a very professional and timely manner. I can t speak higher of the company as there are not enough words to say how truely Grateful we are to have found Affordable Sprinklers we are customers for life and will definitely recommend to all of our friends and neighbors. Thank you Affordable you are the BEST!!!!

Super expensive for no reason. Had to have all their work redone as my sprinkler line was running 24/7 after their service call. Had to have another company come out and replace their work. They had a terrible attitude about the work being performed. Main guy was constantly talking down to his help. Run from these guys.

Pass on these folks. Sent two guys out to my house to fix my sprinkler system. They had me order parts so they could coke back and complete the repairs and never came back. Called many times and even set a second appointment that they missed. Not worth anyone s time

The customer service and responsiveness from the office is quite appalling. Youd be lucky to get someone to pick up the phone on the numbers provided on their advertisements and website. The only way I have been able to schedule service with them is by texting on the office cell line. I had scheduled winterization/blowout service a month ahead. The technician never showed up on the day and neither did he communicate that he was not coming, so I was left waiting the whole day. There has been no communication from them regarding any rescheduling for their missed appointment.

I was afraid I might have called too late in the season and might not get the irrigation system blown out in time. This company was more than happy to help me out. They set up an appointment for me right away. Adam and Garrett came out to winterize and were nothing short of professional and courteous (Adam, by the way, is quite a character). Will definitely be using this Affordable Sprinklers again.

Scheduled a sprinkler winterization with this firm and they never showed up for the appointment and never called! And they never returned my phone messages. Truly a pathetic company!!

I had them add a zone in my backyard in the spring. The zone they put in did not cover the entire area that I wanted and an area of my grass died because of it. My subdivision had a break in their system. I decided to give them a try again because of their pricing. They came out and gave a crazy estimate of $500 to fix a valve. I ended up having another company come and fix it for $120. The last straw It was hard to find people to winterize at the end of the season so I reached out again. I couldn t find anybody else. They scheduled me for a day with a 4-6 hr time frame. I sat and waited. I called the day before and texted their line (Nobody responded). I called the day off and text their line (nobody responded). They ended up not showing up. Don t use this company. They re extremely hard to get a hold of and lack integrity.

My experience with Affordable Sprinklers started with the quick and responsive on-site walk-down and estimate providing by Ken. He was incredibly detailed and customer focused as he answered every question that I asked regarding a new automatic sprinkler installation. He provided a quote at the same time of the walk-down and I found it to be extremely competitive. Five days later, Josh and his crew arrived on site and initiated the installation. When Josh arrived, I was at work and he was kind enough to validate some additional questions that my wife was unable to answer. He and his crew put an 8 zone system in along with a wifi controlled system in one day. I will admit that I was a bit nervous about the potential damage to my lawn, but this crew did an amazing job in minimizing impact and did a really nice job cleaning up the site post-install. Looking forward to reaching out to Affordable Sprinkler for additional work in the future.

I was about to get new SOD put in and decided I wanted a sprinkler system to help keep the new lawn lush and beautiful. Ken came out and gave us a fair estimate and throughout the process he educated me on the products and what I should look for when getting other quotes. We decided Affordable Sprinklers would be our best decision and looking back we are extremely happy with our choice. They worked with us and were able to fit our install in two weeks ahead of schedule(SOD date got mixed up and we were in a pinch and they came through to help us). Josh and his crew spent about 6 or 7 hours putting in a 10 zone system. They calibrated the system, walked me through the program, its scheduling, and how to adjust the heads manually if needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment with this company over a week ago for my sprinkling system start up on June 4th from 1-6. Waited all this time and nobody showed up. I left two messages and as of now they still have not called me back. I understand things could happen, but why not to call and inform customers about not coming??? I wish I wouldve read other peoples reviews before I wasted my time waiting for this company as it appears that this is a common trend with these guys. Update/Reply to the owner: I called a few times on Friday morning trying to confirm my appointment. Nobody picked up the phone even once. I left my first message about 11:00 am on Friday. After 4:00 pm, I called again a few times and there was still no answer. I left my second message after 6:00pm. According to your answering recording as well as Yelp, your office is supposed to be working Monday through Saturday. Since nobody was answering the phone on Friday, Im not sure what good it would do if I call the office on Monday.

I gave Affordable Sprinklers a real challenge. I live in an older city and have an older home. I also have a large lot (15 zones) and many garden beds. The install went smoothly but the low water flow made things difficult. Affordable Sprinklers team came many times to tweak the system to have it up and running to their standard. I got to meet the owner and was updated on every step. This I m sure wasn t affordable sprinklers typical install but I felt confident in their ability to get me the product I was expecting. I love watching my system run. Bravo Affordable Sprinklers team.

An important aspect as to whether I would use a company is how they vet their employees when hiring. These employees will be on your property, around your kids, etc. Last week, a pair of Affordable Sprinkler employees tried to throw a full cup of coffee through the window of my vehicle. The driver drove recklessly to pass me and the passenger threw the coffee. Luckily, the window was half open and they missed but I thought to myself What if that was my Mom? These brain-trusts did this act in a COMPANY TRUCK with the companys NAME ON THE SIDE! I dont think I would trust them to work on my property.

First things first...every business right now is facing unprecedented shortages of staff, technicians, etc. I am giving all businesses the benefit of the doubt in these times and I wish more people giving reviews would do the same...I had a tech come out, check things out, tell me hed be back the next day maybe around 2. No sign of him all afternoon and I called both him and the company and left messages (the companys message did explain the challenges theyre having and offered a text message option for communication, too)...around 6 pm, a different tech (Aaron S.) showed up and was absolutely freaking awesome. Apologized for any confusion, listened to me about what was going on, did a thorough investigation of all heads after installing a new vacuum breaker/back flow unit, stayed until 730 and then came back the next morning promptly at 830 to replace all 15 of our busted heads (which he demonstrated as busted, showing me why), and thoroughly adjusted and tested all before heading out. Pricing was fair and Aaron was a rock star and I appreciated that he showed appreciation for an understanding customer. While a lot of businesses are struggling right now with staffing, maybe take a minute to understand the situation and that you might not be able to have everything dropped on a dime for you and to plan for things to take longer than youd hoped for. Businesses do need to communicate about their challenges and not lead people astray, of course. I was appreciative that Aaron came through for me, was honest, thorough, and expedient. I recommend the company and, in particular, Aaron.

I was a bit skeptical of such a high review for a contractor. Typically Ive had bad luck with contractors. These guys came out within a day or two of my first phone call to give me a quote. They also called me a couple days ahead of their scheduled time to come out to offer to come out a day early since they had an opening in their schedule. We stuck to the original plan. They did everything they said they were going to do. I was at work when they finished so the foreman, josh, was kind enough to come back out with his crew to go through the entire system with me once I got home from work. Everything was done perfectly and it was the exact amount that I had agreed on in the first place. Very impressive.

We have had Affordable Sprinklers out to winterize our sprinklers for several years now and they always do a great job and efficient work. This last time we had recently had a fence put in, resulting in some needed repairs and adjustments, including broken lines and heads that needed to be moved. Ken, Josh, and the Affordable Sprinklers team were great. The team was friendly and respectful at my home--which is a lot more than I can say for several contractors Ive recently used on other projects. They werent rude but also gave me direct answers when I needed them. The system they install is really easy to use from a phone while away from home. After a couple weeks of using the system, I do feel like we installed a couple more heads than necessary in one or two areas, but I dont think thats worth lowering the review score. I had a couple small maintenance issues after the install and Josh came out promptly, twice, to fix the issue(s). On one instance, he came over in the rain, after dark, to dig up a head and fix it. Just tremendous customer service. Overall very happy with the experience.

Should have learned after the first no show when I tried using them last year. Gave them another chance, scheduled my sprinkler blowout almost a month in advance. Called the day of, left a msg to confirm I was on the roster, 5 hours go by nobody showed up between 8am-1pm, I call the office at 2pm numerous times before I get to someone, Maryanne puts a note in my file and says shell find out where the crew is at and will call me back. Nobody calls back, I leave another message at 6pm - no response. Fast forward to next day, I hear nothing, try to reach them when they opened with no luck. At 2:40pm was able to speak to Maryanne again and she had no idea why the crew had not gotten back to me yet. She tells me this happens often and that she can reschedule me for next week. This is my experience with this company, use them at your own risk. Edit: in response to the owners absurd response below: Not sure who they called, certainly wasnt me. I left my number in every voicemail. In fact, just checked and no voicemails. Youd think if they did drop by they could at least knock on my front door. Youve been warned regardless of what shill response they have next.

Josh and his crew were AMAZING! I had a new system installed almost 4 weeks ago and everything is running perfectly. They even showed up 5 days ahead of schedule to start the job. Very respectful of the property and landscaping. They were able to install the system with minimal disruption to the lawn. Anything visibly disturbed the day of install is almost completely grown back now or will be by next spring. Lets face it, this is like surgery on your lawn. The scars will eventually heal. Theres just no getting around it. A few days after the install I called Josh about a couple of rotator heads that needed some adjusting. He and the crew showed up on the same day! Great group of hard workers. Would definitely recommend Affordable Sprinklers to family and friends. I obtained 3 quotes and theirs was the best. Thanks Again!

Josh and Garrett really did a fantastic job repairing my system that my home owners association damaged. Unfortunately, the first attempt at repair targeted the wrong area, but after understanding the issue, they came back and got it all repaired at a discounted cost with significant effort to make me happy. I felt really satisfied that they took that accountability!

If you are going to use this service you have to make a request for Aaron and no one else. He corrected the other guys mistakes. He is very thousand knowledgeable, I wont trust anyone but him with my system

Affordable Sprinklers came out and put a new sprinkler system in at our home. Josh and his crew did a marvelous job and took the time out to show and explain to us about the system. Josh even took the time out to explain it to my husband a second time because of all the questions we had. They came back out a second time because we changed our mind on the positions of several sprinkler heads. They were very polite and courteous during the entire job. I had a handful of sprinkler companies come out to give me quotes for a new system install. Cliff was hands down the most trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. You can tell that he is running a personal business as he strives to do the best he can for you, no matter what it takes - something you wont find with one of the bigger companies. He explained everything in great detail, where heads should go, what size pipe he uses, the type of heads he uses, what to expect when installation happens and where to go from there. It was very clear to me, and you know it when you see it, he was someone who knows what hes talking about. He had the best warranty offered, 4 years, and I feel comfortable knowing that if I need help, theyll be there. This whole process was new to me, it was cool to see the install happen, and see how the guys problem solved when issues came up, and it was great to see the whole thing completed. I had a couple small issues that needed tweaking and Cliff reached out to me multiple times to let me know I was still a priority and that he would take care of me. They did take care of my issues, and like I said, I know theyll be there backing up their work if needed. Shout out to Josh, hes a hard a$$ worker, knows his way around sprinklers and even came out late one night to help problem solve an issue even though you could tell he was dog tired and worked his tail off all day. He was still chipper and friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to working with them in the future, and would recommend them for any type of irrigation work. ***Edit 9/14/21*** Contacted Cliff this morning that one of my sprinkler heads was malfunctioning, he told me Josh would swing out, and within the HOUR Josh was at my home, digging into the grass to see what was going on with my system. *Update 10/26/21 After reading my review, Cliff, the owner of the company, called me and asked if he could come back out to verify that the sprinkler system was properly blown out. He said that the technicians are supposed to visually verify that each zone has been blown out, not just sit in the truck. He blew the lines out again and apologized for the inconvenience. I was impressed that he put forth the effort to make sure the job was done correctly. I have updated my review from 3 to 5 stars. I hired them to winterize my sprinkler system. The good: They called me back and actually showed up to do the work. This doesnt seem remarkable, but half of the companies I called did not do this. The price was comparable to other quotes I received. The bad: The technician counted the number of zones I had in the control box so he knew how much to charge me, but did not count the zones as they were being blown out. He sat in his truck and looked at his phone. He also had an IDGAF attitude. I counted the zones myself to make sure they were all blown out. I shouldnt have had to do this. The job got done, but I was not impressed.

Ken and Josh were both great with the sprinkler installation. They were both very professional and stayed until almost dark to make sure the system was finished that day. I feel that the system they offered is great quality and cheaper than other local quotes (and the system I had installed was better WiFi and more zones). I would highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Affordable Sprinklers! Cliff did a wonderful job starting up/repairing our sprinkler system that hasnt been ran in many years. He was very professional and friendly. He was very helpful/knowledgeable and he answered A LOT of our questions not only about our sprinkler system but our grass/fertilizing/seeding problem areas within our yard. We have decided we will be going with Affordable Sprinklers for all our future needs.

I would highly recommend Affordable Sprinklers. They diagnosed and fixed my sprinkler system issue and test it thoroughly to make sure it works fine in every zone. When I called, I was told that the service charge covers the first 15min, but they were here for an hour and did not charge me extra and gave me some spare variable nozzles! I would definitely call them again if I need sprinkler system work done in the future!

Unfortunately, while I have used them for years, I have overlooked at times poor and shoddy work . No more: with the last two weeks they have reneged and or simply not shown up on service commitments they made, often after making me wait several weeks and therefore making it almost impossible to find alternatives.

Ive had Affordable Sprinklers open and close my system for a couple of years. The operator who answers the phone is very pleasant and works with me as far as scheduling. Whom ever they send to open or close my system have done an excellent job. Cliff who has closed my system the last 2 years does an excellent job telling you anything he finds and explains any questions you may have. You cant go wrong with Affordable!

I found the business phone number on Angies List. I wanted my sprinkler control relocated from the basement to the garage. They spent about 15-20 minutes assessing the move and said piece of cake as the garage was directly above and they could see a place to drill though and mount near the outlet in the garage. I said great. I then told them I needed some sprinkler work so I showed them an area of my lawn that was not getting watered properly so asked about adding a sprinkler along the foundation of my home and moving another about three feet. My estimate was verbal at $185.00. Easy fixes all around.... They came back the following week a day later than promised. But no problem They did the outside work first. I was inside caring for my 91 year old mother. They ran the bell and told me that the wire needed for the job was out of stock. They wolud return when it becomes available. He then stated I owed him $145.00 for the two sprinkler heads. I was shocked ... the gentleman was about 6 feet tall and wide framed and said he was only charging me 20.00 to drill the hole and relocate the box. I owed him $165.00... I argued for a short moment but I did not have a written breakdown of the charges so I just gave them the money to go away. A couple weeks later My neighbor who generally waters her lawn just before day had a special treatment done to her lawn, and was watering twice a day. That is when I learned Affordable Sprinkler had tied into my neighbors sprinkler line. I deeply apologized to my neighbor. She was livid as her sod is new and she had been watering my lawn. I called and the previously very kind receptionist was now very snarly and nasty. She sent them back. The workers were angry and rude, They left a ugly hole in my neighbors sod and a pile of loose dirt on top of my sod. They even left a crimping tool and rings in the grass. I called the nasty receptionist. I spoke to a man who said his name was Bobbie and he was the supervisor. He apologized and said they did have wire and things should not have happened that way and he would get everything straightened out and call back. He never did!!!. In the mean time we got a couple good rains and low and behold the loose dirt washed away and I saw they ran the sprinkler line level with the dirt. I can see the black and blue striped hose laying in my grass. I called back and was given a repair date 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting as of today October 26, 2020. They have done nothing but been disrespectful and untruthful. They did horrible work for me. If you are a woman dont call them. I have never been unkind or nasty to your workers or receptionist. How awful of you to disparage me in this manner. You need to repair your poor attempt. In response to my post I dont know who you are referring to but my neighbor is a woman who is quite ill and very unable to confront anyone. I am almost 70 years and a mature Christian woman who you have just slandered in print with outrageous lies. I have no idea of who you are speaking of in your response. Certainly it is not me, .or anyone on this street. I am a very mild mannered person. I have given your business every opportunity to correct your poor work. Also my sprinklers run along my foundation. Your worker made a huge error and my neighbors sprinkler IS on HER property. I ve used them several times in the past and have great experience. Not so much this year First appointment the tech never showed up and lied saying we spoke to him that we didn t need anyone. Second appointment they stated I had an appointment at 4 but both my husband and I heard 8-1. The lady on the phone was aggressive and rude. Extremely rude- by the end of the conversation I told her I did not like how she was speaking to me and I cannot Keep taking the day off- she was aggressive and not understanding how frustrating it is to constantly have your appointment changed. We shall see if they show up next week but I am not counting on it

This is great company that is honest and fair. They all do a great job explaining to you what the deal is and what options are available. They dont do a hard-sell and make sure that you are very happy with the job that is done. I imagine that we will be long-time customers with this company especially with Cory and his crew

Came when expected and called ahead to give advanced warning of arrival. Very happy with the gentleman that came to the house.

They gave us a 5 hour window... 5 hours.. we sat at home waiting. Then they came in and tracked mud on our brand new ( less than 3 month old carpet) after they were asked to take shoes off. They brought their dog and walked it while one of them worked on sprinklers???? And smoked on our property in front of our kids... completely unprofessional. I would love to post pictures of the carpet that I now have to pay to get cleaned. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend as their professionalism is nonexistent.
