This is the first time I have used a lawn service. I always did it myself. This year has been the best our lawn has looked in a long time. Geanice has been very helpful when calling the office with questions.

Why would you spray my lawn when it was covered with leaves?? What a waste. After I constantly told your guys numerous times to cancel my last lawn service you decided to do it anyway and to top it off with snow on the ground. Wow your company is great. Please CANCEL my service with your company. No longer need your service.

Well I have to start with being a customer for ECONO GREEN, whom I ve with for years, my grass was so healthy, never had any issues with my grass looking as beautiful as it was. Econo Green referred/ recommended Back To Nature I trusted his advice. Since Back to Nature took responsibility of my lawn, my lawn started looking worse day after day. I m so mad and upset with Back to Nature service since they started 3/2024, now my grass has curbs and weeds, I thought guts you are taking care of my lawn but it seems Not. Last time I got Michelle on the phone, she was so respectful and understood where I m coming from being upset about my lawn looking the way it s looking now. She was so friendly and tried to help me out with the situation. Thank you Michelle. You are awesome. I m hoping and looking forward for my lawn to look as good and healthy as before.

Do not come on wednesday or thursday when my grass cutter is here. Brandon wanted to put down fertilizer before the grass was cut which is no-no.

Brandon was very professional and thorough in his application. When I ask him questions regarding spots in my lawn, he was very knowledgeable with his answers and his treatment process.

I have ExperiGreen spray my home for bugs and have seen a huge reduction in spiders and earwigs since they have been treating my home. They come and do their job and don t disturb me at all. They do a great job!

I had no idea that Grub control application starts when they come out of hibernation in late June until this Lawn care company pointed that out. Great customer service. So far so good on the lawn. Ill post again at end of season. ZAK was a no pressure down to earth sales rep who loves animals. I had a few more lawn care questions, was not on hold for very long and customer service rep Shadie was helpful and knowledgeable. Daniel handled my last application in November and did a great job. Very respectful with property and knowledgeable about lawn maintenance. Ill be a return customer.

I have had to ask this company to close my gate at least 5 times. Notes have been left on my account but it is common sense to close a gate after you ve treated a property. They have never come to our home and the gate was open to be left under the assumption leaving it open is ok. We have small dogs, one of which is blind, and live near a very busy road. I have asked the company to remove my account and never reach out again.

I was very disappointed in lawn service this year, today guy doing fertilizer made one pass around house covered about 50% of lawn if that. He literally was done in less than 3 minutes. I asked him about not covering entire lawn and he did not give much of an answer. Just wanted to leave. This happened with most applications. I canceled service for next year today. I was hoping for better experience.

I am only commenting on todays experience. I received both an email and a phone call from Andrew MacKenzie. It was follow-up from an email estimate I requested. He was pleasant and efficient, answering all my questions. I appreciated the discounts--senior and prepayment, the first visit is also discounted, and the grub application will be at no charge. He also made clear that he will be available should I have any issues. In any case, the first impression was great, and my lawn will tell the rest of the story. I will update my review depending on how my lawn responds to the treatments, and what type of service is provided.
