SCAM ALERT! Same reviews as everyone else here (except the ones from the business owners themselves). They take payment for work in advance and never show up.
Beware!!!!! People....the 5 stars ratings below are from the owners!!!!! Richard & Gorden! Due some circumstances and time constraints, I prepaid $240 Beginning of July to this guy (Richard Kaczynski) to cut my grass (wanted to gave him chance even with bad reviews has has - but was a big mistake). Never showed up till this date (End of August). I called so many times, never answered my calls. texted him over and over but just excuses after excuses. Threatened to sue him but doesn't seem to care. I ll be calling the cops, attorney General and possibly sue him . Just beware people!....I think these stars means something and here for reasons.
What a horrible company with even worse customer service. My lawn hasn't been cut in 3 weeks. I have called/texted many times. This isn't the first time either. Anddddd I have paid numerous bills when they skipped weeks just to keep them coming because of how horrible they are,.
Called Master Edge to come out and give me an estimate for some yard work. They were very prompt in coming out and did a fantastic job. My yard has never looked better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for services.

It took a bit to get ahold of them, the first guy I talked to was a complete douchebag, then I talked to his partner, which come to find out was the original owner, he told me how there has been many complaints about his "partner" and assured me he was on his way out, the actual owner was very respectful and understanding. They have since parted ways... The owner even gave me the first cut free, and I must say my lawn has never looked as good as it does when it's cut... I also had them install a retaining wall, mulch, and a few trees... Very reasonable prices... If the first owner was still there they would get -5 starts, but he's gone, I gave them 5 stars, not only for the beautiful work, and outstanding customer service, but because I'm sure the first owner gave them a bad reputation...
Although I can't comment on their actual work, because they never showed up ...I can say their customer service is pretty terrible. I set up service on a thursday, and was told that they wouldn't be able to make it out until the following Mon/Tues. No problem. However, on Monday after I realized they hadn't showed up, I left a message just confirming we were on the schedule for Tuesday. Tuesday by lunchtime, I hadn't got any response to my message, so I called again. This time I got a call back, and was reassured they would be out soon. I understand it was rainy over the weekend, so ..okay. Wednesday, still no lawn service. I call again, and am told "If they're not out there by the end of the day, I'll come out and cut it myself Thursday morning. Thursday by 1:00pm, they've still haven't showed up. I call again, and am promised that I am on the schedule and will be done before the end of the day. When I got home from work ...surprise surprise ...they didn't show up again. I was furious, and left a message saying don't come at all. I get a call back, with the same guy I had talked to a few times now, saying "Hi, how are you doing today?" I told him to take me off the route, if I was ever really on it. He said "I'm sorry to hear that" and then muttered something under his breath. I said "what was that?" and he hung up on me. If this is how they treat their new customers, I can't imagine they do too well. I understand you're running behind, but don't lie to me promising you'll be out when you know you can't ...SEVERAL times. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company.
