J&R's Lawn Service and Snow Plowing in South Bend

We had them performing general lawn care and service over the summer and fall, and they didn't disappoint! They're also flexible on quoting and rescheduling if need be. Overall it's been a very easy experience with this company.

J&R’s performed a leaf clean up. Their performance was unsatisfactory. They didn’t remove the leaves as promised, and they didn’t finish blowing the leaves, since they ran out of daylight. All phone calls and text messages were ignored.

Unpredictable. Never know when and if they would show. Weed control they did showed no results. Plants and trees were often mowed or weed wacked because of inattention. The last time they mowed, 12 of my 19 trees were knicked and hit. They are more concerned with quantity than quality. They want to get in, get it done and move on instead of actually taking care and pride.
