Scheduled tree & shrub removal. Never showed. No response to a dozen calls & messages. So disappointing. Very poor service.
We had a huge tree fall during a storm and it was blocking my parents from leaving their home. Alex came with a quickness and started clean up as soon as he was given the go ahead. These guys have worked straight through the pouring rain and got every bit of the mess up!
Have used them on two different occasions to remove trees in difficult locations. They responded to voice-mail promptly, came and gave accurate and reasonable estimates, and did the work within a few days. They were knowledgeable and took the trees down with no damage to very nearby buildings. They removed the debris as part of the job. As a bonus, Alex was very personable and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again.
We’ve used this company twice in the last two years. They do a great job, are friendly and knowledgeable, and very professional. The work is top quality and they are thorough and take time to clean up afterwards, which is something another company we hired didn’t do. We highly recommend Alex and his crew!
