I waited for 2 hours and saw the gentleman in the green gardens car drive slowly past my house and never come back. When I called to let them know that he had passed my house, the woman who answered the phone said she would check on him and never called me back either.

A little more expensive than other landscape outfits in the area, but you get what you pay for. Joaquin and Mayra are great and will make sure you are satisfied with the work. Highly recommend.

Back on 6/26 of this year we had a terrible storm. Hail, wind and lots of rain. Green Garden was scheduled to mow the next day. I was in the back getting my greenhouse frame out of the tree line when one of the men turned the mower off and got down to help me. When they were done with the mowing and edging, both of them helped me move large tree limbs into a pile. A neighbors tree had been hit by lightning and one half of it fell in my yard and the limbs were heavy. They didn t have to help me but they did and my husband and I were very grateful. That s way above and beyond what they were there to do. We will continue to use them for our yard care. They are the best!

Green Garden Landscaping has far surpassed the quality, value and reliability of all of my 6 previous companies we have used dating back to 2017. We started using Green Garden Landscaping in 2023. Like clockwork they come every two weeks and are responsive to any other services that we may desire. Our property is in excess of 1.3 acres and has many springs and garden areas that make mowing a little problematic and challenging. I highly recommend this company for any size yard and any challenges that may be present. They will not disappoint!

Green Garden Landscaping is helping me shape my yard into one that makes me smile every time I come home. The project started with removing some of the institutional, builder special bushes to expanding stone rings around trees that had outgrown the original ones, to planting better greenery near the house to allow for better airflow in the crawl space. Green Gardens staff has consulted me with every step! Their staff is great, respectful! The team lead takes great pride in getting it right for the client. I have used their services twice and will use them again.

For my irrigation repairs they were efficient, thorough and I feel reasonably priced. They repaired leaks and replaced multiple heads and adjusted everything to conserve the most water while still getting full coverage. They explained everything they did and answered all questions. This combined with their service guarantees I feel make them a great choice for irrigation repair.

Would not recommend this company at all...very dishonest with poor communication. Did not deliver on what was promised. The project definitely was not worth the $7500 price tag. So disappointing!

We set up an appointment for a tech to come out and take measurements of our yard on 8 Feb 21, but he never showed. We had to call to find out the tech was running behind. The tech eventually came out the following day, on 9 Feb 21. We were promised an estimate following that appointment, but its currently 20 Feb and we have not recieved an estimate via mail (checked our spam folders too) or a phone call.

Green Garden Landscaping did the best yard cleanup I have ever experienced! As someone who is unable to do my own lawn care any more, their lawn maintenance service is top notch! No, they are not cheap, but the best never are. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been using GGL for 2 months now and haven t been very satisfied. Their customer service is incredibly good which I like and the managers are very professional. However, unfortunately, they have not done a good job cutting our front and back yard. After speaking to the manager a few times, the guys came back to fix their mistake in the back yard free of charge, but didn t fix the front yard. I am kind of disappointed so far, but hoping the next cut is better!

Unfortunately, they dont follow their own schedule. They came once on the scheduled day. If they have time during the week, they will contact you to do lawn care early. If you are not responsive to their needs, they get upset. I as the customer, dont expect to be at your beckon call. Stick with YOUR schedule

They are very professional, hardworking & most importantly they clean up any trimmings and even use a blower to remove any clippings from the porch, carport & driveway. There is always trash that is dropped there but when they are done it is immaculate!! All the areas are weeded and trimmed so looks awesome. Thanks for a job well done

I used this company to solve a yard drainage problem. They came out a few times to design a solution and tell me about their plan. When it came time to do the work they showed up on time and finished everything within 1.5 days. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Green Garden Landscaping has been my mothers gardeners for a few years now. They have done an excellent job and have also installed an automatic watering system in front and back of her house. For months now I thought I would love something like that at my home. So this month I decided to have them put an automatic drip system in my front flower bed which is quite large. I just love it and I think to myself WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO HAVE THIS DONE. They are so professional and the quality of work is like nothing I have seen before, TOP NOTCH!! I would highly recommend them and if I should move to a new house. You know who I am going to call again, GREEN GARDEN LANDSCAPING.

Was going to hire them but could never get an answer on when. So I hired someone else and they are trying to take credit for someone else work and are trying to charge me for a service they did NOT PROVIDE. I sent them proof and still harassing me. They are a bunch of con-artist. do not recommend these people at all. Can t stand dishonest people. They are literally harassing me about paying them for something that they didnt do. Now I have to have my current lawn people call and talk with them so he can tell them he was the one that provided services that week. Such a hassle. So much drama with these people. ***** the response they just posted is a lie. I emailed them saying I would love to accept the proposal but couldn t until I knew when they would be out and they NEVER responded. So with no response from them I assumed I wouldn t hear back from them. I NEVER accepted the proposal. I have contacted the Business bureau. Either someone in office isn t doing their job or someone on crew is lying. I do hope you get to the bottom of this bc this has been the WORST experience with you.

OUTSTANDING customer service! OUTSTANDING work! I had been looking for a lawn service to perform a large amount of mulching, weeding, mowing, removal of dead bushes, and a good amount of bush trimming. I had called other companies and they either never returned my call or never showed up. I found Green Garden online and gave them a call. Green Garden was out the next day to give me a quote and followed up with the work the following day. Green Garden has done an excellent job and I am continuing to have them service my yard weekly. Payment is easy, receipts sent via email promptly, office staff is helpful and very nice, and MOST OF ALL they follow up on the work they have done. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to EVERYONE!

The people who came out pretended to take measurements and then left 3 minutes after. When I asked about when we should get an estimate they said that day. I have contacted twice and I keep getting told tomorrow. So they told me to check my email. I did and nothing. Then today 9/9/18 I got a text saying it was sent. Poor service!

Would not recommend you wasting your time with this company. Had an appointment at 4:30 today for an estimate on a sizeable job, no one showed and when I contacted the company they stated the estimator was behind in Southern Pines. No one found it necessary to inform, this was 4:45, I left work early to meet them, their customer service and their pledge to be the best is a farce!

They were originally quick to respond to my request for an estimate on several landscaping needs, including a large amount of sod. After scheduling a time to come out and evaluate my yard, their communication took a nose dive. They missed the appointment (on a Saturday) and I had to call them the following week to find out what happened. We made a second estimate appointment in which they did show up for, however, I did not see the employee take any measurements of my yard like he said he would need for the estimate. I also never received the estimate this employee promised. I called back a few days later and left a voicemail for the owner, telling him all that has happened and to call me if he still wants my business. NO RESPONSE from him!! Poor communication and NO FOLLOW THROUGH. This is not the way to handle customers, especially if they had planned to spend A LOT OF MONEY.

I have used many landscaping and lawn care companies and by far Joaquin and his team are the best, most pleasant to work with, most prompt and professional. They have an outstanding payment system and online access as well as cater to you when you need a special cut for an event. I needed our yard cut on a couple days notice for a party and they didnt flinch. Theyre the best!
