My wife and I couldn't have had a better experience. From Onelawn coming out to review the site, quote and leave us the 12" x 12" samples to decide all the way thru installation it was ridiculously easy. Zero stress on us, and the end result is incredible. Can't recommend them enough. If you're thinking about artifical turf, the Bermuda Summer Blend is where it is at, you won't be disappointed.
Just bought a house with a small almost square useless lawn. So a putting green! Attilio was wonderful To Work with. It was so fast and efficient. 6 people the entire day working hard on the hottest day we’ve had! Attilio explained every step To us and the attention to detail was amazing! I would not hesitate to call him and would definitely use him for your backyard putting green
I waited 15 months to write this review because I wanted to see how my artificial turf would hold up after time. Onelawn installed artificial turf in my backyard back in December 2021. I am a perfectionist and in my judgement they did an excellent job. After 15 months, the turf still looks perfect like the day after it was installed. And we've had 8 huge storms since then, including the near hurricane of March 14, 2023! The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient and did a great clean up -- excellent work and material!
Our experience with OneLawn was excellent, from the 1st consultation & quote from Damien, to the communications, to the install and to the clean-up. Damien was prompt and very professional. He took his time explaining all the features, options and price. The crew, headed by Foreman Carlos, was on-time, professional, quick to answer all my questions and were very neat upon finishing each end-of-day. At the finish, Carlos went over the process again, and reviewed care of the artificial turf in the future. I'd also like to mention Laura, the Operations Manager, who was very prompt in communicating with me and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!
I picked one lawn over other quotes because they have the nicest feeling turf (the top end one). It looks natural and is soft. Everyone comes over and is shocked turf is this good now. The installation team was thorough and detailed. The after install support was just average at first but they rectified a small issue eventually. Work with Damien if you can. I am in Vallejo, CA (I used one lawn for turf, Abbott Concrete for square concrete pavers, Brett Begbie in Benicia for building the deck and all other paver work, vine Electric for shed electrical, tuff shed for the 10x12 office, and yardzen for backyard design)
I interviewed 5 Turf installers asked the same questions of each and I requested an estimate from 3 for 2100 sq. ft of turf, front and back yards. Damien Stokely from ONELAWN was the rep I spoke with at my home, he was great to talk to and answered all my questions without hesitation or BS. ONELAWN was not the cheapest but sometimes you make your choice on who you believe will do the better job and who you can work with. Danny Rojo was the installation foreman and he and his team arrived on the scheduled date and time. His team works like a well oiled machine each member knows what his job is and when he has to help another. Danny gives them well earned breaks and treats them with respect. THE 5 STARS THEY EARNED THESE ARE NOT 'a participation trophy'. If you want a well done job ONELAWN is the ONE. Cleanup each end of day was immaculate they left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. I had one small issue and after discussing it with Danny I texted Damien, withiin 5 minutes I had a reply that Danny had called him and explained by concern and Damien agreed to take care of my concern. SERVICE that is what I got and the installation is even better than we expected.
After an extensive evaluation of over 5 of the top-rated synthetic grass installers in the area, I finally pulled the trigger on OneLawn to install over 1,600 SF of artificial turf in my back yard. I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. From the initial sales and design conversations with Attilio, the contract, invoicing and scheduling with Laura, to the final installation of the turf by Hector and his dedicated team, each step of the process was handled professionally and with meticulous attention to detail. My back yard is gorgeous! I would highly recommend OneLawn; especially Hector and his installation team. Bravo!
From start to finish the OneLawn team worked within the perimeters I had allowed myself for an artificial lawn in my backyard. I was able to aid in the design so that it fit the contours of my yard and my budget. The scheduling of the install was painless, the team arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable and had the job finished, cleaned up and cleared out within 8 hours. Special shout out to Hector - foreman of the install team. He was helpful, accommodating and had an excellent knowledge of how the lawn would flow best and took it upon himself to make that happen. Kudos to Hector!! I would certainly recommend OneLawn to anyone thinking of getting artificial lawn.

We wanted the best looking fake lawn I could find. Looked all over. Decided to choose Onelawn and really happy that we did. Onelawn is GREAT! Try and get Damien for the estimate. Laura is just the nicest person and right on the ball. The crew arrived right on time both days. Everyone was hardworking, polite, friendly, easy to talk with, informative! The OneLawn team built a great putting green in my backyard. After realizing my initial green was too small after a few months, I called Damien and he was great to work with in extending the surface and chipping area. The team was always on time and did great work. I highly recommend!
Great place if you need your old grass replaced with beautiful synthetic turf that will need no water and always look green.
We are very happy with Onelaws service. We have done 2 projects with them. Each time they were prompt, delivered on what they promised and had clear communication. The final product is as described and we are very happy with it. Attilio was our sales person and was great to work with.

Quote process was very easy, very professional office manager to schedule,etc. Sales rep was knowledgeable and knew what to look for. Understood my unique set up and need, provided a thorough explanation of all costs. The crew that did the work were professional, courteous and worked really hard. They caught a couple oversights in the quote and in the end, my new lawn looks great. I met with about 4 companies before selecting Onelawn. They won my business because they didnt just measure and run. They took the time to explain why theyre different and what sets them apart. Its a story that I was bought into. I recommend them to anyone looking for the best quality and value for an artificial lawn.
We feel Onelawn did a great job telling us about the product and over all we like the look and durability of our lawn. But we have an issue with a seam that has come apart. We contacted them, sent photos when requested. Sent more photos when requested. Although we had some delays due to covid and the difficult transition time for companies, the technician who came out to repair or seam issue did a great job of ensuring all our issues were addressed. The seam is still slightly visible after the repair but we have been assured that will blend back in as we use the lawn.

Update to my post below. Darryl the owner of Onelawn reached out to me directly about my review within hrs after my post. Im satisfied with his explanation and currently working with Darryl directly. I generally don t provide reviews but in this case I felt necessary to provide a review based off the lack of customer service provided by Onelawn I had heard about Onelawn from a family member who had their artificial turf installed as well as recommended Onelawn to a close family friend who also had turf installed. I had opened a contact me form via the OneLawn web site around 5/1. Didn t hear anything for a week so I contacted OneLawn via phone. Which I should have done from the get go. I talked to Justin at Onelawn on 5/9 and he set me up with Anthony to provide an estimate on 5/11. Anthony showed up on 5/11, Wednesday and told me the ins and outs of how they install and that he would provide me a written estimate Friday 5/13 or possibly Monday via email. He would let me review and he would follow up in a couple days later to discuss to see if I had any questions. I receive the estimate late Tuesday night 5/17. Based off the estimate and knowing what my family paid and their friends, I felt the written estimate was a bit high . I waited to review the estimate with Anthony via phone as he called out in our initial meeting. Over a month goes by with no call from Anthony. Anthony finally calls just before the July 4th weekend asking me when are you ready to install . Who does this after not following up for over a month after the initial proposal was provided? I proceed to tell him that I thought the proposal was a bit on the high side .Anthony s response was ok as he was going to hang up. I told him to hang on, I m interested, but he needs to work on the pricing. He proceeds to tell me that he ll look into it. We are now over 8 weeks after the conversation and no call or email. I sent an email on 8/24 as a follow up to both Justin and Anthony if there was any luck to discuss the proposal that was provided to me on 5/17. As of 9/6 no response from either Justin or Anthony. I m a bit disappointed that there was no follow up and something could not been worked out to use Onelawn based off feedback from my family and friends on the enjoyment of their turf.
So happy with my new lawn. From Attilio (Estimater) to Hector and his crew, this company was very professional and efficient. After replacing my sod 3 times in 19 years and having dirt and weeds for the past 4 years it is so nice to get compliments about what my lawn looks like. Feeling blessed!

OneLawn installed grass on the concrete in our backyard. The experience was excellent. From the thorough quote to the installation. The lawn is two years old by now and still appears to be new. A great addition to our backyard.
We had our one lawninstalled December 2015. We love it! It still looks as fresh as when it was installed. Weve had parties on it, dogs playing, etc. It comes back to looking new right away. No more watering during draught and no more mowing. Its always beautiful. Positive

The product is great. 1 star removed because neither my garden nor the driveway where products were stored were cleaned properly after the installation and Im still cleaning some of it up 3 weeks after installation.

So pleased with my lawn! I get so many compliments on how real it looks. So far it is holding up wonderfully despite the two young boys, Golden Retriever and the rain. We use our yard so much more now, and often find ourselves lounging around on the grass, picnicking, doing homework, what have you. We were also very happy that we could finance the project as an energy efficient upgrade to our home and pay over five years.
