Signature Custom Landscapes in Rochester

David has done many projects for me over the years. One recent project David & myself were looking to solve a problem with erosion. The project would of been a few thousand dollars with labor & materials, then David came up with a suggestion for a different way which saved 2/3 the cost of the project. David took money out of his pocket, saved me thousands and the project came out beautiful & fixed my problem. I will always use David.

If I could give negative stars, I would! This is the first contractor I've ever had to fire. David Tubiolo, owner of this business, took $3500 from me for materials to build a retaining wall. He did not purchase any of the materials, nor has he returned the $3500. It took him over two months (he told me repeatedly he had a crew - he does not) to put up 3/4 of a wall so badly done, I've had to hire another contractor to re-build the wall. To date, I have not received any money from Tubiolo and have had to file in Small Claims Court. DON'T HIRE THIS MAN! Update: I see David Tubiolo, the owner of this business, has (after over 6 months) responded to my original post. In his ‘rebuttal’, he neglected to mention that I WON MY CASE against him in Small Claims Court for the full amount of $3500 plus $20 for court costs back in September of 2023. To date, Mr. Tubiolo has made no effort to repay me, either in full or through a payment plan. The Monroe County Marshall has been unable to collect the money on my behalf for, according to the information given to the Marshall by Mr. Tubiolo’s bank, there are insufficient funds in his accounts to pay the judgment. I stand by my original post. Consider carefully before hiring this man; I wish I had!

The team showed up in time to do some landscape installations. I love that they are very considerate of my preferences. We did custom landscape design before getting it all underway and it's a really great experience being part of the design process.

Signature Landscape put in a beautiful new stone walkway in the front of my home. The work was done with great care to every detail and in a timely manner. I got more that I ever expected. My house looks fresh and new. We have received so many compliments and positive comments from both strangers passing by and friends and family. I would recommend Signature for any type of landscaping needs!

Dave and his team responded to my inquiry very quickly..He came out and gave me a fair quote and started work the next day. I came home and was impressed by the quality of work provided. I will definitely recommend him to clients in the future and use his business in the future for any landscaping needs that I have!

He showed up as promised on time--within a month of signing Signature to do the job; Once the job started, Signature kept with it until completed. They replaced an existing patio and hauled away the debris as required. They met all the requirements of our HOA. Signature also power washed the entire house and provided mulching and raking for the posterior, anterior and sides of the house. They reset walking stones in the garden and were careful with the irrigation system. Pricing was competitive and below some of the "big" firms in town

Dave and his crew from Signature installed a beautiful patio at my home over 13 years ago. I recently called him as I had some loose bricks in my steps and he came and repaired them FREE OF CHARGE! He insisted that it was a lifetime guarantee.

David Tubiolo and his team were outstanding. We had two retaining walls installed and a small patio and they came out beautifully. It was a difficult job due to the hilly terrain but it looks great. I actually have three more retaining walls that I will hire his team to replace. The backyard looks outstanding. Dave cleans up the site every evening so it does not look like a construction site. Dave is very artistic and puts together a unique and pleasing patio design. We are very happy with their work.
