I was called almost immediately after inquiring about fence repair. Mike came out and pointed out items that were wrong (rusted post) that I hadn't seen. Mike came out and repaired the fence promptly. Customer service is a #1 priority with this company. They respond to emails and call you before the appt. I am pleased with their service and will hire them again.
