Soto's Lawn Service, Inc in Naples

The owner of this place was very generous and patient during the photo shoot. The place is gorgeous. The horse for the photoshoot was beautiful and very behaved. Thank you to the owners for making this a memorable experience.

I called Soto who is our landscaping company at condo. I told Soto about a large planting that had been damaged by wind. The employees were on property and within 20 minutes had taken care of problem and planting is sitting pretty again. Great company that keeps our property looking good

Soto’s Lawn Care were trimming our mangroves out back of our condo. They were just dropped off. They took their break sleeping and playing on phones all laying down. This is an invasion of privacy and not acceptable. We talked to the owner Mr. Soto when he showed up. He was so very nasty. Mr. Soto said they will behave any way they like on our property while employed by us. This is he exact opposite of what is just. The customer is always right and should be able to say how things are done with a company they are paying. Mr. Soto’s words, action, and attitude were apalling.

I trust Robert with all my landscaping needs. His crews are well dressed, well spoken, and well trained. He really makes you feel important as the customer!

I have called twice and left messages to call me to have a tree trimmed a week ago and no one has bothered to call me back. I have since reached out to another company.
