I have been a customer of Massey's for many years; lawn maintenance, pest control and most recently irrigation. I have been very pleased with their service until recently when there was a bad situation with my irrigation. However, I must say that not only did Massey take responsibility and fixed the problem at no extra cost to me immediately, they also followed up the following week to make sure that the system was running properly and the new grass plugs were getting sufficient water. The technician, Javier, was professional, polite and friendly. He went above and beyond. I applaud Massey on a job well done and making disgruntled customer into a very satisfied customer again.

Service appeared to be professionally done, although I like to be informed of the application, PRIOR to the service. Follow up e-mail with exactly what was applied with instructions to water-in the product was sent later in the day. We will see what happens with the lawn.

I was really pleased with the work that Mr. Johnathan Ratziaff (GM) performed on my property, Mr. Ratziaff was meticulous on solving the issue. I have been a long time customer of MASSEY, but I never had experience a technician so professional as Mr. Ratziaff.

The regional manager came to my house to review what services were required to upgrade and to maintain our sprinkler system. He also provided great advice on the landscaping services would be best for our property. Also, the landscaping team came out yesterday. Their attention to detail in evaluating and treating our grass, shrubs and trees was outstanding.

Very grateful that the technicians are knowledgeable and explained everything they did and all findings. Further, they advised us about how best to care for our lawn and trees and shrubs beyond paid services. Very satisfied with this initial experience and trust it will continue.
