The work Ben and Amy did at our house looked great for the first year, but then a lot of things were going wrong and it was very difficult to get them back for repairs and replacement trees and plants that died . I’ve got edging coming loose because of not enough spikes holding it in place. I’ve got sprinkler heads not working properly and replaced them myself and black sprinkler lines popping up everywhere in my yard, more top soil should have been used under the sod as there are many rocks which is not letting the sod grow like it should. I guess when you spend thousands of dollars on work you would think a business would take care of this kind of stuff right away.

Apparently the customer does not come first, nor is customer satisfaction a thing anymore !! Whoever does snow removal for this company, truly has no clue what he is doing. Continuously shows up 3-4hrs late to plow small businesses that largely depend on clientele being able to get to them. Disrespects the businesses wares that they depend on to make a living, argues with & insults the business owners on the property, plus leaves a huge mess in his wake. I strongly recommend to not utilize this company for your snow removal needs. Hopefully their landscape side of business is more professional
