R & S Landscaping in Montrose

Charged me $900 for 3 laborers to check for leaks and adjust bubblers. Maybe worked 6 hrs and I found 5 leaks after they left. $60 per hour for unskilled labor seems kinda high.

Referred by a friend. I had a partially installed sprinkler system and had to fire the previous contractor. Ramon came in and assessed my situation and confirmed that they other guy was a hack. He was able to cut some costs by reusing some materials. His son Daniel came over the same day and him and his crew came in and from the start knew what needed done. After just talking with them for 5 minutes my trust was gained. These guys know what they are doing.

Ramon, his sons Daniel and Javier, and the crews did a fantastic job turning our dirt front and back yards into what we imagined our completed yards might look like. They were all very professional, courteous, and hard working. We had a complete sprinkler system, sod, some trees, different gravels, patio paver extension in the back yard, a front yard patio with sitting wall and tiered steps to the street installed.
