APS was the most accurate in meeting the requirements of the RFP that was sent out and they were the quickest to provide an estimate for the work to be performed. I recommend them highly.
APS is the best in town . I get my lawn mowed once a week by these guys, they do an amazing job . Honest ,dependable and can do anything you need done wether it's lawn maintenance , sprinkler repair, landscaping. They care about their customers 💯.
We use Alpine Property Services for both mowing, trimming and weeding as well as servicing our sprinkling system. They have done a great job this season. They arrive on time, are well staffed and they pay attention to the details others might miss.

APS transformed the back 1/2 acre of the lot here and have continued to work hard to make it beautiful. They mow and trim and take care removing weeds. Brian worked hard to make sure the irrigation system is working properly.
The guys from APS did a great job on my landscaping project. We discussed ahead of time what our goals were and they were achieved beautifully. I really appreciate how once the project is started, there is not a break in the work. The guys came each day until the project was done. Darwin checked in to make sure I was happy as well. Everyone was courteous and professional.
I am very impressed with this company. The guys did a great job of cleanup and mowing, and added rock and mulch as we discussed. Darwin and his crew created a beautiful waterfall feature and garden, and worked with me to get just the right effect. The electrical work to get power to the waterfall was top notch and all the guys were super accommodating & helpful. Crews came in when they said they would and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use Alpine for my property needs.
The HOA has been a customer of APS for over six years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The APS team is professional and efficient in the service they provide on property. The management team has always been available and responsive when additional dialog or services outside of our contract are needed. The company is large enough to handle our 55 acres easily with competence. Previous to contracting with APS it was always questionable service. That has never occurred with APS company. I highly recommend their services to all who are looking for a trustworthy, capable landscaping service.

I wouldn t hire a company that hires individuals that obviously have no respect for the neighborhoods they are working in. They are doing a project down the street right now and have trucks speeding through all day. Kids and animals are often in the streets and they don t slow down and I ve seen them speed up to try and hit cats. I ve got no idea the work quality but based on how the employees drive I won t hire them.
Would recommend for any lawn maintenance or sprinkler work. They answer very fast and always show up the day my lawns supposed to be mowed.

Im so glad these guys are taking over my yard care and landscaping. For six years Ive been dealing with undependable contractors hired by an HOA that doesnt care about quality. These guys do a great job!!

Ive lived in a certain apt complex, the owners are making changes in the way snow will be removed, APS has always taken care of this place at least for the last 8 years Ive been here, they have always gone the extra mile, Sure going to miss your service, NO ONE WILL EVER DO A JOB LIKE YOU GUYS HAVE, Gonna Miss You Guys!
Scheduled an appointment with Ruthy to have someone come give me an estimate for pavers. No one showed up at our scheduled time. When I called her she had lost all of my information and it seemed like we had never even talked. She promised shed write down my information this time. The second time no one showed up. When I called the number it went to voicemail. Not doing business with you.
Great service at a great price. We have APS mow weekly. Always on time and friendly. Just had sprinkler work done and they do fast and phenomenal service. Highly recommended!
