This company will not show up when they are supposed to, they will not text you back, when you ask them to, they will not call you back, when you ask them to. This is no way to run a business!

TruGreen app. is amazing along with customer service. Very professional and answer all my concerns without difficulty. Few days after application to my lawn, you can tell and see the difference already. Looking forward to a fantastic lawn this season.

The front lawn is great. They've done a great job. However, the back yard wasn't treated for two, possibly three applications. The notes left on the door never mentioned anything out of the ordinary. They always said the yard, trees, or pest control was applied with no mention of the back yard being passed for any reason (i.e. pet, access, or whatever). I find the personnel very friendly and when the job is completed, I'm pleased with the result; however, their communication is less than expected. I would expect someone to tell me when they couldn't complete the entire job and if they failed to do so I would expect the company to discount my costs accordingly. Neither of those customer appreciation steps were taken. I'm continuing the service for now but will discontinue if the yard is missed again.

This company has no management available when calling in to request service. They will tell you there is not a management employee in the office. They also can't tell you when they will schedule your service. Very poor customer service and after today of a management employee does not contact me I will find another service to take care of my needs. As I have them knock on my door weekly!!
