Outdoor Perspective has been maintaining our property for YEARS! They are very professional, and the workers always have a great attitude!
Hired them to help service my lawn and couldn’t be happier with the services ☺️
Great outfit. Colton and his crew exceeded our expectations. These guys know how to get the job done right. Highly recommended.
Just started working with them and they have been life savers!! Responsive and professional. Would highly recommend!
Outdoor Perspective has been managing my property for the past 2 years. Service and results have been top notch. Dropping a review after seeing the effort put in this week getting the grounds ready for spring
We made the mistake of hiring Outdoor Perspective to do some basic landscaping for our new-construction home in spring 2020. This included seeding the lawn, trees and shrubs, irrigation, and a hardscaped patio. They were competent enough at doing this work, though they missed a couple of items they said they would do when we hired them to do fall lawn rehab. Additionally, we had consistent problems starting that year with some of the sprinkler heads they installed. To their credit, they did come by and attempt to fiddle with the sprinklers, but did not fix the problem. These issues should have warned us that Outdoor Perspective was not competent, but, alas, we hired them to put in cobblestone aprons on our driveway. The owner set the cobbles in dry sand/gravel, which the owner assured us was standard and would be durable... it was not. They had to fix it months later. They claimed to have installed polymeric sand as part of the fix - again, we were told that would be permanent - and every year since we have had problems with cobbles coming loose. We repeatedly asked if setting them in concrete was a viable alternative and were told no. It's now our third winter in a row that we have experienced major problems with the cobbles coming loose. Their work was clearly shoddy and completely lacks in durability. We paid these clowns $12.5k for work that is going to have to be completely redone by someone competent. That's on top of the $35k+ we already paid them for the basic landscape work that was, again, just basically okay. Addendum: Outdoor Perspective also installed our mailbox as part of the project... nothing fancy - granite post, basic metal mailbox mounted on a bracket. The USPS has guidelines as to how close your mailbox should be to the road. Should be simple, right? Well, after our mailbox got hit for the second time in three years, we got a pro to fix it ("The Mailbox Doctor," guy literally specializes in installing and repairing mailboxes). Turns out Outdoor Perspective installed the mailbox 6 inches too close to the road than the USPS regulations... and they installed the post backwards, making it impossible for the bracket to be mounted flush to the post. Real nice job these geniuses did. They talk a good game but the quality of their work is poor. Save yourselves time, money, and frustration, and do not hire them.
Driver likes to cut off people to get on 495 almost crashed because the driver was a douchbag. Have it on my dashcam will be posting it all over websites after work....
