We are new clients of the Penner team and have received absolutely amazing service. The team came out and got our system ready for the season, then returned to move some lines for a new driveway while also fixing a leak in another part of our system. I recommend them for their comprehensive services, responsiveness and quality.

Very pleased that I chose to go with Penner Irrigation. Quintin promptly answered my questions and stayed in communication leading up to installation day. Our home is not a new construction and I am very impressed with the time and planning that went into making sure my enitire odd shaped yard is covered. Quintin set a day and kept to it. My project was completed on time. The crew at Penner was very respectful and enjoyable to talk to. Probably the one and only company I've worked with Commercial or Residential in the last 2 years I can say I proudly give them 5 stars and will refer them in the future.
We had a bunch of trouble with our sprinklers. Quinten and crew got us straightened out. He explained what he was doing and and then got to work. Good communication. Job well done. I'll call Penner for my sprinkler needs from now on.
Update November 2024: The Penner guys came to my rescue once again and found and fixed a leak that had already cost me more in water bills than it did to have them come and fix the problem, and finding a leak underneath the soil is not easy. They also showed me how to properly drain my sprinkler system so that I don't have this problem again. Smart, fast, and nice. Wish I could give them ten stars. Simply the very best. Original review: After waiting for two months for another sprinkler company to get back to us, we gave up and called about a dozen sprinkler companies in Lincoln. Most of them still have not yet gotten back to me [UPDATE - a week has gone by and none of them have called me back]. I called Penner and they picked up the phone and the actual guys who would be doing the work talked to me. That doesn't seem like a big deal until you have to wait for someone to get back to you and they never do. Anyway, they said they could come check it out the next day. Sure enough, they did come over the next day and had my system fixed and ready in no time. They were pleasant and polite and knew their stuff. They had all of the parts they needed and everything went smoothly. Wish I had called them sooner.

We just moved a year ago and had never had underground sprinklers. They came and started them then turned them off in the winter and back on this spring. We thought we had some that were not working and he came and it was user error. :-) We both laughed and he went on his way.. They are prompt, more than reasonably priced, honest and the nicest people. Dont hesitate to call them. 5 stars.
Penner installed our underground sprinkler system last week and they honestly need a 5 plus as they were a professional team of workers. There pricing was very reasonable. Also need to give a shout out to their choice of subcontractor on the plumbing. Again another professional. HIGHLY Recommend.

They were very responsive, got to my house within the week even during a busier time of summer, and fixed my system in under a few hours. A few weeks later I discovered a different problem and they came out within the hour to fix that issue too. They are all very nice guys who did a good job, and I would recommend them to a friend.

The company I had install my system a year ago wouldn t come back out to help me. Not only did Quintin show me how to adjust my system, run my controller, and what to look for on a leak. He has earned my business going forward.
We recently expanded our backyard patio and it required some sprinkler heads to be moved. Quinten came and moved the necessary sprinklers and also readjusted others to make sure the entire lawn had adequate coverage. Quintin is reasonably priced, professional, and great to work with.
