I called to schedule a service for a rental property and the owner's wife picked up. Mind you, I was looking for a monthly service as i'm a property owner, she had issue with scheduling a service and rejected me. If you are going to offer a service be sure to have good customer service.

Pat has been doing our yard for 4 years now and we have the best cared for lawn in the neighborhood. Moreover, he also cleans our gutters and removes snow. He's dependable 100 percent!
