American Pride Lawn Care has been excellent in his attention to my lawn's needs. His crew is very professional and very easy to work with. The crew just completed a winter cleaning and my yard looks great. I would and have recommended American Pride Lawn Care. Jon responds quickly to my calls or email contacts.

American Pride has always gone above and beyond what I have expected from my service with them over the years. They show up when they are supposed to and I can always trust that I'm getting a great job! The owners are great when it comes to any questions or concerns i bring to them absolutely a great company!!

HORRIBLE experience with American Pride Lawn Service. I have never read another’s negative review that was so similar to my own experience with American Pride. Everything Mr Leks commented about was what I experienced, only even more poor quality care. ie, John referred to his mower as the greatest, and there was NO WAY it leaked oil across my new driveway, even though we witnessed the leaking and brought it up right way. Mowing was inconsistent; it was a hit and miss. They do horrible at edging, edging too wide, too deep, therefore, my yard never looked manicured. Their contract includes ‘weeding’, but they never once weeded. When I queried the gardener, he informed me weeding wasn’t part of his job description. Gardener does not use a blower to clean up the driveway and sidewalks.if they break a sprinkler head, they never fixed or notified me, so often times I woke to the sprinkler head shooting water straight up in the air and over saturated the grass in some spots, rotting the section. BEWARE! American Pride requires customers to pay in-advance of the. work month! This is wrong‼️ Terminated our contract the second week of June because their gardener had failed to show up for two weeks. I had already paid $240 for the month of June. I contacted John’s office manager, bookkeeper and wife who advised me she would refund my June payment, but it would take her a couple of weeks to get to the task. She is a rude and tackless customer service rep. She gave excuses as to why the gardener hadn’t come, and told me I needed to have patience. I live in an HOA, they don’t tolerate unkept yards. (American Pride has an antiquated bookkeeping system making it difficult to use on-line banking.) It’s July 12th and I still have not received my refund. I am working with my bank to obtain my refund. I have notified BBB, & Angie’s List that this company is not reliable and does not perform quality service.

I have been using American Pride Lawn Care for 2 years now. Awesome crew, reliable, and professional. The owner, Jonathan, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had over the years. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience with this company, even though the initial visit and consultation with Johnathan - the owner was awesome. The team that he sent out after the initial visit was careless went over the areas once and not try to mow the lawn where it would look decent, flowerbeds were full of weeds they would never clean them even thought they promised to do so. They claim they have the best mowers in the industry and that might be true but when we complained about the tire tracks and uneven mow across the yard they blamed it on our ground being too soft to handle their super great heavy mower. I spoke with them twice about my issues and their solution was that I should just hire a teenager with a push mower to do a better job then they could instead of trying to resolve the complaint. Very sad that in such a competitive market companies like that take this approach at customer service and still exist and claim to be "best" in anything. For $140 a month service every 2 weeks we expected the lawn to look decent when they came but I guess we were asking for too much. P. S I never expected it to look great for the whole 2 weeks.. but when your guys show up and walk past the weeds and leave was my complaint. My wife would go after them and clean them out. Anyway it's all good. Since y'all don't want to do a good job I'll find someone else.. the worst part of it is that you guys blame the customer for expecting what you initially promised.

I received exceptional service from Jon and his crew. All were very professional and friendly. The finished landscaping is beautiful and I am very pleased. I would recommend American Pride Lawn Care for anyone wishing to redo or start from scratch their landscaping project.
