Roberto came to blow out my sprinkler heads today in preparation for the colder weather. I had to have him come down to my basement because I didnt shut off the water valve correctly and he very thoughtfully placed a sticker on the valve so Id know for next time. (My son usually does this but he was unavailable). I will use-- and recommend-- this company again.

Think his name was TJ and he came at around 3 at 5 Leroy Street in Dix hills on 10/21/24. He was professional and courteous. I asked him questions about adding heads in part of front garden and changing around lines in back due to new pool in back installed. He was knowledgeable and could tell he was very experienced.

After shopping around for irrigation/sprinkler installation we agreed to go with the Brookhaven Irrigation. Mike was straight forward and honest with us. He also gave us a good price. Once the installation was completed, we noticed low water pressure in our sprinkler system. Mike personally assessed the system and recommended to call water authorities for assessing and repairing the main water source pipe. He communicated with the water company guy, followed up to ensure the main pipe was repaired and came to check the water pressure which by the way improved. Mike ensured we satisfied with the service. The crew did an excellent job and were very polite. We highly recommend Brookhaven Irrigation because Mike stands by his words. Great service! I rarely give 5 star reviews, but I am giving Brookhaven Irrigation this rating and here are my reasons for it. First, TJ came out and we went over our needs which resulted in some initial options that were a little outside our budget parameters. He then worked with us to come up with a plan which we think will work great for us and fit within our budget. TJ handled our finalizing calls and emails and then called the office to get us on the calendar all while out of town on his vacation. Note that our property and the way in which the house was constructed gave us a few items to work around but TJ was confident the installation crew would be able to complete the installation as planned without major problems. Next, Andrew and his crew showed up on time as scheduled and really did a great job. I thought there might be a problem in working around some of the issues I mentioned earlier but Andrew took a few minutes to size things up and figured out how to get the job done without a problem. I honestly don t think anyone could have done a better job especially getting our control unit in place where we wanted it. Note that while we stayed out of the way while the work was underway, I did have some questions here and there, and either Andrew or one of the other guys took a minute to answer my question. In short, I found Andrew and all of the installation team to be courteous and professional. A few days after our installation, I found what I thought was an error in our paperwork which I brought to the attention of Jeanine back in the office. Jeanine looked into the matter and agreed a mistake had been made which she corrected in good time. And, the other office staff we worked with were great in sending out reminders and confirming our appointments. In short, Brookhaven Irrigation can thank TJ, Andrew, Jeanine, and the others involved in our project for this high rating.

Mike was on time for an early morning appt. He replaced the needed part in sprinkler system box and then repaired a leak in the pipe. He needed to dig out a root that had overgrown the pipe and split it apart. Mike finished off the job by raking the area clean. Would highly recommend Mike and Brookhaven Irrigation.

The installers did a great job. They had to tunnel under a walkway and driveway, placed pipes across the lawn and added more sprinlers than I thought required. They left the yard in great shape, cleaned up and took all trash with them. All during a day that was in the 90s and humid. I used this company before with the same quality of professionalism. I will use them again on future projects.

The work was done to my satisfaction but the workers failed to close the backyard gates which I was unaware of and my dog got out of the yard. It was a stressful experience but we finally found her. It is imperative that the workers close backyard gates when they are completed with their work.

Brookhaven irrigation has done a bunch of work at my house, and are great at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new irrigation system or repair an existing one. They are professional and the quality of work is always great!

Tom, the technician and the office staff worked with me to shut down the irrigation system, while I was not present. The response from the office ,whether by text or by phone is excellent. I was tired of my old company never getting back to me and there was no real person that you could speak to for special requests, because the company became bigger, and personal requests could not be engaged (10 years).

I m not sure of the name of the tech that came. I tried asking him a question about adding a spigot to the backyard. He didn t stop to answer my question and told me to call back in the spring for an estimate. It seemed he was uninterested and very abrupt

Ive been using Brookhaven Irrigation for a few years now. Mainly just for end of season blow-out. But this year I also needed several sprinkler heads moved and replaced. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. The technicians did their best to leave minimal scarring on the lawn and in established gardens. Several heads were moved 10 feet or more and a few weeks later the evidence was gone. They were in and out in a few hours. I appreciate their communication, texting me the day before with a narrower window, texting the morning of when the technician is on their way. I never feel like I cant leave the house in fear they might show up like so many other companies. Im very happy with my decision to switch to Brookhaven a few years ago and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a sprinkler company.
