Tasso's Property Maintenance in Elmhurst

Tasso was very responsive and on time with his service. He is knowledgeable and made a great plan for our yard. He and his crew really worked hard to transform the outside of our home.

Very unreliable. As others have said, will tell you they are coming a certain day and just not show up or respond to you. Switched to a more reliable landscaping provider and realized the quality was lacking with Tasso as well. I do not recommend.

Response: I am responding here since Tasso does not answer phone calls. I did call 7 times because I was scheduled for a certain day (which was established 10 days in advance), then assured it would be done the next day after a no call no show. If I had been told “end of the week” I would’ve made other accommodations- as I mentioned on the phone. To gaslight a potential customer and to make it seem like I called too much is just immature. Which I what I would chalk up this experience to be. Just dealing with a young boy. After 2 days of no shows and countless phone calls Tasso is no longer answering any phone calls or returning any messages. I am not sure, at this point, if this is a legitimate business. This was not a misunderstanding or miscommunication. We spoke 5 times on the phone and confirmed my address and was assured the services would be completed. I was more than understanding and just asked for honesty. If my request (lawn trimming) was unattainable then I would gladly make other accommodations. Instead I was baited and lied to, for whatever reason I will never understand. As a small business owner myself I was excited to support a local business and was impressed with Tasso’s accomplishments (which were listed on the advertisement I received in my mailbox) at such a young age. I will be reporting this business to the Secretary of State for false advertising. What an embarrassment.

Tasso’s property maintenance was FANTASTIC! Great crew, professional, efficient and cleaned up all the tree limbs/scraps! Highly recommend them.

We have used Tasso’s for cleaning up our yard, laying down new mulch and cutting back very over grown hedges. They also did our fall clean up. Great service and price. We plan on using them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Tasso this past summer. I was amazed by the expeditious completion of our landscape design, in addition to being a straight A student in high school. I was amazed by the professionalism Tasso presented. He is a very responsible, meticulous, and efficient worker. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work.
