This company is not honest people at all. Please stay clear from this company. A worker damage my fence Antonio ensured me, he was going to send a worker out to repair it. The worker never came. I filed a complaint with the City of Chicago because my ward hired Diaz company to cut the grass in my neighborhood. I pray their contract will not be renewed.
Answering service struggles to help you out. Either they are told to not patch you thru to anyone or they physically cannot if someone is calling about outstanding invoices. Looking for the slightest of answers and you get nothing.
We’ve been doing business with Diaz for the last couple of years going on to 3. They are an amazing team. As a subcontractor they always take care of us and make communication a key component in working together as a team. Proud to be a part of Diaz Group.
Do not do business with this company, they do not pay their contracts we have been waiting 6 months for payments DO NOT RECOMEND
Stay clear of this company if you are a subcontractor!!!!!!!!!!They currently owe us a significant amount of money for winter maintenance that we performed for a major retailer and are not paying. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. When you call there office you get an "answering service" whom takes a message and you wont get any return calls. We have a 2 year agreement with them and they haven't satisfied payment for the first year. Our company is NOT the only one that the DIAZ GROUP neglects to pay as many contractors across the country have reached out to us....
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! My daughter’s company got ROYALLY SCREWED after doing a roofing job for them in Indiana! SHAME ON THEM!!! Literally STEALING bread & butter right off the table! How can this Owner sleep at night?!? My Hope & Prayer is he makes things right to those he stole from! May God have mercy on his soul.
They are ignorant mowing grass at Steinmetz at 7:30am. There is a noise ordinance and they know it! Don’t use them!!!
CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!! This was our first time dealing with the Diaz group and we will never deal with them again! The extreme lack of communication in the company is insane. Take 10 - 20 days to get a response to anyone. we had a snow plowing contract that we got screwed out of $11,000 because of their shifty ways!!!! Got blamed for not doing our job when we didn't get paid on time once! I had to threaten to not work the get in contact with anyone when we really needed to! Do not work with this company!
