Great service. Bad year for maintaining a good lawn.

I was called and asked if I would like overseeding and aeration. they came out maybe did the liquid aeration and there was no seed on the ground. I left a review on Google and was told I would get a call back that day. That never happen. I asked them to come back out and reapply it they said they would be out the following week that never happen. then I called to cancel my service and they said they wouldnt be able to reapply it then. so I asked for a refund because they didnt do what I paid 200 dollars for. they said they would have a manger call me. That never happened. Then when I called to ask to speak to a manger they tell me there isnt one there. that was at 2 oclock. and know one will give me a answer and just keep saying they will call back and never do. This is the shadiest business practices I have ever seen. I will keep calling daily until I get to a manager. and get a full refund for this.

Turfman lawn care does a good job of fertilizing and getting it evenly spread throughout the lawn. He applied it like I was watching him, because I was. LOL

He never rang door bell like I requested.When he got to the back yard he stopped machine and was talking for 4 - 5 mins standing in yard. Im sure there will be burn spot cause yard was still wet.

I am very unhappy. After the last application my lawn was burnt in about 4 days. I also paid for weed control but I have had to pull weeds out every week. After the last application I went out and now I have grubs in my yard.

We employ Turfmen to fertilize the lawns in our HOA. We contracted with them to complete 5 fertilizations throughout the spring and fall. This year we have had several treatments in which they have consistently missed houses and we have had to call them to inform them to treat the houses they missed. The second treatment that was put on the lawns caused several burn marks on the lawns. Needless to say they will not be contracted for another year.

I forgot to open our gate for him to do our back yard. He came to the door and was very curious. Nice young man. Did a great job.

I tried for years on my own to kill the weeds in my back yard.. Turfmen was successful ! Good to deal with a local company to take care of our lawn. I was apprehensive when Turfmen joined with Experigreen and hopeful that the service would be maintained so far so good!

David, as always, did an excellent job. He is personable and knowledgeable and a delight to speak with. And since his riding applicator was broken, he had to apply the fertilizer the old fashioned way, by walking and pushing a spreader. And because of his extra effort, on a very warm and muggy day, I suggest that he be paid double, for the day :-)

I have had 3 treatments since the spring. today was the fourth. I have a worse problem with weeds in the lawn than when you started on 5-30-24. I requested a call back from Adam Castelucci and heard nothing. If this treatment does not show results I will be requesting a full refund. I am extremely disappointed. signed NOT HAPPY

Spoke with David today. Our grass is so nice and green this year. He noted that because our neighbors are not fertilizing their lawns, their weeds are moving into our yard. He said he would hit those areas with extra weed killer and we should notice improvement in about 2 weeks. Very pleasant gentleman.

All I asked for was a 24 hour notice heads up to clean up my yard from my dogs and it would never happen. Also make sure they apply the products they are supposed too. Tried to tell me they applied everything start to finish (loading and unloading included) in 13 minutes! I have almost an acre. No way you can properly fertilize my lawn in 13 mins with a walk behind (their buggy was broke) wont give them another dime!

My first lawn care treatment for this season was done by Trugreen in February. I answered Experigreens add and ask for a quote. I agreed to begin with the 2nd treatment. It is now the first week in may and still no treatment. I have emailed the company with no response and have made 3 telephone call complaining of my weeds. All responses have been that i have been put on an ASAP list. So far I have dug over 30 dandelions along with chickweed and spent in excess of $20 applying my own weed control and now my lawn is infested with maple tree starts.

I called in and spoke with Bryann regarding a concern. She took care of it. We had a great time talking and laughing she s amazing thank you
