They did a great job mowing and weeding.
They didn't plow the whole driveway. They put the snow on the sidewalk which is a violation of a city ordinance They ripped up 20 square feet of my lawn. They didn't put the snow where I had instructed. And for this, they charged a whopping $87. I asked them to refund the money and they refused. I asked them to get the snow off of the sidewalk and they have never responded.
The company rep on the phone refused to send anyone.

I've had better snow removal for free so for the price I paid for 1 removal through this service I wasn't impressed. The driver didn't clear the entire width of my driveway. It appears the width that was cleared was as far as the plow extended. Therefore, about 1 foot of snow laid against the side of my house and covered my side exit. Also, once past my house my driveway opens up for 2 car parking. The left side was partially plowed. Furthermore, you get the option of ASAP, Today PM, or Tomorrow Morning. I submitted my request at noon and the driver was scheduled to show up at 8PM. Therefore, I was stuck in my house till the driver showed up.
This morning we woke with 3 ft of unexpected snow. I placed a request around 6:45/7am and by 9 our drive had been plowed. The driver was super friendly...we even gave home a brownie because he was so nice! Great service!
Great app. Service provided is always fast and reasonable. Very happy with the service and their customer service. I like the picture sent after the work is done. That's a great feature too.
