They have built terraces, a patio, decorative and retaining walls, a concrete driveway, landscaping and plantings, and a 33-step lighted outdoor stone stairway and railings (pictured). They are especially skilled stonework craftsmen. Higinio Marquez and his crew show up early and work late. He is a knowledgeable and experienced landscaper and has a good eye for developing a plan and doing the work at a reasonable price.

We had Higinio do landscaping around our new home here in Adel not too long ago. He was actually recommended to us by our son-in-law who had already had work done by Higinio and he was quite pleased with the finished project. We, too, then contacted the Marquez Brothers and scheduled them for our own home. We were equally satisfied with their work and have received a lot of compliments from our neighbors. I'm actually contacting Higinio for a new project and am anxious to see the results. Great to work with.
Higino and his crew did a very nice job for us. We had them redo a few retaining walls, replace some river rock, install edging, bury some downspouts, and install a paver patio. I would recommend them for anyone looking to do any of that type of work. Very accommodating and willing to work with us as small changes popped up.
Higinio and his brother are the best landscapers I have used. I am a homebuilder in Des Moines and would highly recommend them to anyone. Higinio and his brother do a fantastic job. We have had them do three good sized projects for us - a retaining wall, a patio/walkway and a paver driveway extension. We are very pleased with the appearance, quality and cost of each. Others in the neighborhood have used them as well and I hear nothing but rave reviews from everyone. They are just a pleasure to do business with!
Very happy with the water feature, retaining wall, plants, privacy fence and new sod installed last month (May 2020). Have used these guys for a few projects over the years including front landscaping, over 150 of paver pathways and a small patio. Definitely recommend!
I told the these guys I needed to hold off on my project. They responded by saying no problem let us know when you are ready. When I did they responded by saying no thank you I dont want to waste my time. Wow! I follow their instructions and I get such a professional response.
