Never again! The folks at NatureScape Delafield did a terrible job of plowing our driveway and have even worse customer service. Despite clearly visible driveway markers, in their first 3 plows of the season, their plow drivers knocked over a fence 10 feet from the end of the marked driveway, pushed large landscaping rocks into our ditch, ran over driveway markers, tore up our grass, and had to be called more than 24 hours after a snow to do their scheduled work. When we called in March to cancel service (we were afraid of what else they might damage!), they said they were aware of the issues and would send someone out. We are still waiting for that. We withheld our final payment, thinking that might get their attention. We got several calls asking to send the payment, and each time we explained the situation. Still nothing. Its clear they dont care. We finally paid the last invoice to uphold our part of the contract. I only wish they would do the same. Sorry guys - we gave you many attempts to make it right. Please do better for other clients.

The lawn care and service are excellent. I am always notified a couple of days in advance of any service. If I need additional questions or concerns answered, the customer service is always ready and willing to help.

Much cheaper than competitors but with great sacrifice. Have used for 2 years and my yard has really deteriorated. Found myself doing my own weed treatments as service call weren t enough to get weeds under control. Very low quality products used to treat lawn. Tried to save money but not worth it, going back to my previous service.

Used Naturescape in Delafield for the last 2 1/2 months. I needed a lawn mowing service until my own tractor arrived. the team is very professional and the mowing service was just what I needed and at a very reasonable price. Sally and Megan were great to work with and always answered my questions. Highly recommend!

After using this service for a couple years my lawn looked OK but I still wasnt satisfied with the overall look of the lawn. I mentioned this to the company and they told me that I had my mowers deck height too low. I increased my mowers deck height to the maximum and now my lawn looks outstanding. I do have to mow more frequently but the look is worth it.

A very professional company with people who care about service. After two years of applications my lawn is completely weed free and fuller than ever. My last company had three years of trying and did not even come close to Naturescape. I would recommend 100%.

Our family has used this company for many years (10+) with great satisfaction. Office staff is friendly, professional, helpful. Lawn mowing was exceptional when they were needed. Regular lawn staff has always been fine people and responsive to questions. They identified new culprits (wild carrots) and eliminated them with the next treatment! I am surrounded by dandelion lovers but you won t find any in my lawn. Yes, we are definitely satisfied customers.

Quite simply our lawn remains thick and green and emerges from the winter snow and ice, healthy, thick and ready to grow. The service is very prompt, organized and the office and those providing the care directly are friendly and responsive. Our lawn is probably the greenest in our neighborhood.

Steaks were outstanding. Service from our youg server,Sara, was exceptionally. She didnt rush us, very conscious, knew the menu. The best ribeye Ive ever had. 18oz! Wifes Fillet was perfectly done. Deep fried cauliflower was sooo delicious..

They never show up. We used last year a d they never showed unless we called them. They asked for another chance and again this year they have not showed once without a call. They don t even know their own schedule or customers. The worst

Have been with Naturescape for many, many years, they have always been attentive to our needs, did what they said they would and the pricing is reasonable. Our lawn has looked good which prompted many of our neighbors to retain their services.

So far so great!!! Eventhoug I am NOT having them work on the front yard and NOT getting a price brake because of it. There was a young lady who was working next door applying some of the winterizer without skipping a beet she came over to my yard and took care of it.

If I could give less I would.

For four years, Ive tried other lawn mowing and maintenance companies. Each one has presented frustrating problems about following directions until Naturescape of Delafield. Theyre so pleasant on the phone and do a super job of mowing, aeration and fertilizer/weed control. Im very pleased with the services provided.

Aeration is probably the best thing we needed to get done for our lawn, and they did it, and really, really helped! Getting their step lawn applications, but next year I also want their crabgrass application. I used Scotts for first application, never worked for us, but will try Naturescape next year for all 5 applications. Very helpful company, saw their sponsorship on TV30, WVCY, which we watch from time to time.

Our lawn was serviced by a competitive company for over 20 years. But over the past few years their service was falling off and our lawn was showing it. So we switched to Naturescape and have not regretted it. Our lawn is back. Special thanks to John Asby, our Applications Specialist. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions. John is very customer focused and we really appreciate him.

Great lawn care service at reasonable rates.

We ve used this company s service for several years and last year the issues began. They are habitually late on their application. Their website and mail advertisements claim they complete their application in March/April, May/June, July/August, August/September and then a last one in October. Two years in a row now they have not adhered to that timeframe. This year they completely skipped the May/June application. Everyone in our neighborhood who uses their service is just getting this application in mid July! False advertising and not receiving services prepaid for at its finest. This company will be losing many customers in our large neighborhood.

After trying a few landscape companies to take care of fertilizing my lawn and dealing with no shows, no call backs and overall unsatisfied lawn care, I decided to take care of it myself. Then a friend told us about Naturescape. They gave us a quote right away, was cheaper than the fertilizer that I could get, quick and very satisfied results and come back for a few weeds no questions asked, service is A1. Highly recommend Naturescape.

We contracted with this company just a few months ago because the creeping Charlie was very difficult to control by ourselves. They answer the phone about 50% of the time and when they dont their phone system reroutes you to a message answering system. Sometimes they call back. Their guarantee says they will return to your lawn if you are unsatisfied within 72 hours, but, today I have been informed that they meant 72 business hours not the 72 consecutive hours that three days are composed of in the world of real time. Also, they really mean 72 business hours if it doesnt rain or so I was told today. Now, I dont expect to be satisfied with every business transaction I make, but I do expect some degree of honesty, and I expect words and phrases uttered in English to correspond to generally acceptable standard reality as interpreted by those of us who speak the language. My first impressions of this company are that they participate in alternative facts, alternate time periods, and alternate guarantees. Caveat emptor.

I have used naturescape for a few years, started with them because my neighbors used them and it was affordable and convenient. I have a small front and side yard and a small fenced back yard. The instructions since the beginning have included not to treat the back yard as I had two large dogs that used that area constantly and I did not want them exposed to the chemicals of weedkiller and fertilizer. Naturescape complied until this year. i came home in spring to find the back yard had been treated. I was very upset as I have no where else to take my dogs. I called to complain and was apologized to and told it was unacceptable and would not happen again. i have since, just recently, lost one of my two dogs to cancer and the other has a terminal illness as well. Last week I came home to once again find that my back yard had been treated. When I called, the person I spoke to was apologetic and refunded my money. I was told that a competent, seasoned employee had done my lawn and it was not usual to have special instructions to be ignored. I have cancelled services and I am being refunded for this last treatment. If you have pets you care about, do not use Naturescape! On top of this, my back lawn is rapidly dying since they applied the treatment.

When there are issues, they do not care at all. You receive a call asking how the services is, tell them you are not happy and are told a manager will call you, because the person who called is just a helper making calls to get services. You NEVER receive a call back. The following spring they call again. You address your concerns, and are told that it will not happen again, everything will work out much better this year, so without any extra discount offered, you pay for services again, and the lawn still looks terrible and mosquitos are still out of control, because the applications end in early July. Shame on us for giving them another shot.
