I decided to switch from the big name lawn service companies last year. Custom Turf Services have done an amazing job. My lawn is looking awesome and JJ is the man. So professional and always does a great job. He goes the extra mile everytime. Some fertilizer landed in our chicken/cat water dish in the very back yard where he doesnt treat and he noticed. He stopped what he was doing, dumped the water and refilled it with clean water. Thank you JJ. J Ham
JJ takes great care of our yard. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer any questions we might have. He takes his time to do it right. Not one of those who sprays in 15 minutes and leaves. We gave him a mess to start with and now it’s all under control. Would highly recommend Custom Turf and JJ.
I always get great results with Custom Turf Services. Tito and Andrew both did an excellent job treating my lawn this week and they always look out for potential issues. This week, they treated with fungicide for mold which tends to happen when the weather is cool and the grass is wet. Tito and Andrew, thank you so very much! Victoria H
Andrew and Tito did a great job on our lawn yesterday! They were very thorough and detailed about everything they did. Andrew answered a specific question about a ground cover we have under one of our trees. He diagnosed what was causing the plants to be distressed and said he would continue treating it every trip with insecticide. I appreciate them taking the time to fill me in and assure me 'they were on it'! He even left the name of the insect killer they use so I could also pick some up between their trips if I wanted. Thanks guys!

Used Tru green for a couple years with so, so results. Their tech didnt always do all areas of the yard. This year I tried CTS and I can already tell the difference after a few visits. They even take the time to do the strip behind the fence in the alley which is a problem area. Really glad that I made the switch.

One of your trucks hauling a trailer with some lawn equipment in it nearly caused a wreck on Boulevard 26 running a red off Pool Road. The trailer literally hopped the curb as the guy cut somebody off that was going straight on Boulevard 26. Bad look for your company.
Several years ago, when I first started using CTS, I would have rated them 5 Stars+ The owner and his top technician did an amazing job of turning our lawn around ( it was in pretty rough shape), and keeping it in tip-top condition. It looked great and I literally raved about them to friends and family. Sadly, I had to let them go last week. The quality of their work result and customer service sank so fast and so low that they left me no alternative: o They stopped answering the phone and responding to voicemail messages in a timely manner. Sometimes never! o They repeatedly failed to meet verbal commitments to fix problem areas with my lawn. I had to continually follow-up to make sure my issues were addressed. o Their scheduling and billing systems were messed up. The bottom line: our lawn looks terrible, and I no longer feel confident that CTS will do what it takes to fix it! It appears to me that they have become just another run-of-the-mill, squirt and desert lawn maintenance company. So sad and disappointing!
The driver of one of your flatbed trucks was offended that I got in front of him. So he went around and cut me off. I had to slam on the breaks to keep from rear ended the vehicle. All caught on my company dash cam. Your driver is the face of your company,and he didnt represent very well.
I have used CTS for past 2 years, going on 3 years. I must say the yard always looks great. They do a good job and techs are knowledgeable. Couldn t ask for any better. Very pleased.
Completely burned up my 1/3 of an acre lawn and destroyed my landscaping. Tech confessed that he did the mixture of chemicals wrong but the company did nothing! They are a horrible company with no morals!! DO NOT USE!!!! Negative
Excellent for a couple of years and my lawn looked great. Then I was somehow omitted from The regular schedule I had to call to request each visit and my lawn was looking neglected. When I would call and ask for service they would do the minimum. Andrew who had been attentive and helpful was no longer coming. Very disappointed but do not know where else to take my business.

Today Custom Turf came for my scheduled lawn servicing. As always, Chase was very professional ,very informative and took the time to explain what he was doing on his service call . He also will point out things, in his professional opinion, that you should be doing to your yard and bushes to keep them healthy and looking good. I recomend Custom Turf for your lawn service needs.
Can not recommend. Very nice folks but could not return calls and seemed as though they did not care.
Their guy came out and was polite, professional and very thorough. He even treated the grass along the alley without being asked. In addition he smelled gas and alerted us that we may have a gas leak. Sure enough, Atmos wound up coming out and replacing our meter. I am very happy with this company.
Turned my lawn from mostly weeds to weed free and made the grass look nice over the course of a year. Now I have the best looking lawn on my street!

Excellent service!! My yard was in terrible shape when I purchased the property in Oct 2012. I used another service for a while, but saw no improvement. My neighbor, who has a yard service, told me about CTS. He said his customers who used CTS always had the nicest yards. I called CTS and they came out that day to give me and estimate. I have had almost a full year of treatments and my yard looks so much better! Their treatments even keep the Dallis grass under control.
We are 2nd generation clients covering the past 8 years (at least!!). We have had neighbors out walking their dogs or joggers stop and ask who does our lawn because it has always looked so good. They provide top drawer professional services; timely, complete and with no hassles. If we have a question or concern, they are quick to respond. Great Customer Service!
