We are in LQ and have been using Purple Leaf for about 2 months now. Jose initially responded to my request for yard cleanup and weekly maintenance within an hour of my request. And this was in the evening with no expectation of a response so quickly. He has proven to be timely, communicative, and very professional ever since. I get a text when he arrives and when he is complete with his services. He communicates if he is not going to make his scheduled time and follows through.
