Prime Scapes Services removed 2 trees from the front of our building. They were professional, prompt and efficient. The smaller bushes encircling the trees were not harmed. They cut the trees and ground the stumps, replaced the soil and mulch. Cleanup of the area was immaculate. I would highly recommend! Thank you, Landscape Committee Glencoe RSA

Damage my car and they want more prove of them doing the damage. Clearly i only can send you pictures or the damage but they were still working in the area.

We use Prime-Scape Services to maintain our grounds and for pest control. The entire staff has been incredible and the owner Tim is fantastic to work with. They do a great job and have gone over and beyond everything we have requested. As a nonprofit, they have worked with us in providing a service that meets our budget. I cant say enough about how wonderful Victor, Tim, Theresa, Silvina, and all the other staff have been.

STAY AWAY! Non-stop issues w/pool service from tech missing a week(s) randomly or not being rescheduled for inclement weather instead skipping the week entirely yet still charged, telling us that theres a pool leak then spending $500 from a leak finding company only to be told the pool simply needed water - no leaks! Then other calls to try to upsell repairs for yet another misdiagnosis. Thankfully we had other honest pool repair people w/the ability to fix what actually was the issue, which was completely different from Primes diagnosis. Another time, I called a week in advance to cancel the following week but they still charged regardless. Any phone correspondence w/staff, most of whom commented the owner is very difficult, does not budge on anything, which confirmed our dealings w/the owner. Were snowbirds needing to be able to trust the people hired and this failed on so many levels. Im not the only here that has had bad experiences w/this company/owner. RUN!

The mobile home park where I live uses this service and they cant make to whack the Weeds but sure do whack my fruit tree seedlings and flower bushes with rocks at the base so you cant miss them.

I am very satisfied with Prime-Scape Services in which I have relied on for many years. I recommend them highly with praiseworthy initiative and perseverance. My technician, Ron does an outstanding job and I find him very reliable and dependable. I feel very bless to have their services.

This company does our MHP , The Supervisor & his Supervisor cant even get these off their phone long enough to do the correct job , Im a female & could do better, Oh & Not to mention they accept No Constructive Criticism or they have major attitudes,, I have pictures of them sleeping not on lunch break either, always on their phone, how do u hear over a lawn mower, I would Never reccomend this company, they are Useless!!!

Weed control, grass insecticide and fertilizer for grass and ornamentals. Have had their services for years. Very satisfied. Will use in future for tree services also.

weekly pool service

Our lawn was turning into a disaster with the terrible service from another lawn care company and I was ready to spend $2,500 on sod to try to get it back in shape. A neighbor suggested Prime-Scape and within a couple months, the lawn is back in shape. Prime-Scape did exactly what they said they would do, on time and with professional, knowledgeable and friendly personnel.

Hero is our pool tech. and is very communitive, thorough and respectful to our property. Highly recommend!

We have used Primescape for our tree needs multiple times at multiple properties and have always been very happy with their services and work. Weve had them go to properties South as Clearwater and as North as Hudson.

Prime Scape took over our pool service when they bought previous company out. The service quality kept dropping to the point we started monitoring the tech they where sending out via cameras , if he would show. You can not reach them on the phone, and you can not get return calls. The final straw is when they tried double charging us a month. We sent them documentation that the invoice had not only been paid but they also cashed the check ( pulled bank records). Response... well dont know what to tell you. Again sent them invoice they stated not paid, cashed check with invoice and thought we were resolved. Cancelled service went our way. Year later they sent us to collections for same invoice. Now they dont even respond to the company they hired. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Prime-Scape Services was detailed from the detailed estimate through the completion of their job. They went above and beyond and were professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Im not a customer, but Prime Scape trimmed my neighbors tree. When I was receiving quotes every service I contacted told me my neighbors tree needs to be removed, one even spoke with my neighbors directly. The neighbor ended up telling me they spoke with Prime Scape and were told their tree doesnt need to be removed (like everyone else told me), and that they would be having it trimmed. I considered getting a quote from them too but quickly decided not to after seeing the quality of work done on their tree. Had you not known what it looked like before you wouldnt know it had been trimmed, large branches were removed but the overall structure of the tree seems very concerning and I can still see dead branches attached. The service I ended up choosing even commented on what poor work was done on that tree, and how it really shouldnt have been trimmed. Its worth it to spend a little more money on quality work and find someone you feel you can trust to be honest if your tree is in bad shape.

Great service!!! The manager, David, promptly responds when I have a question. We never lived in this type of weather, that is why David has had to explain bugs and things to me probably more than once or twice! Hes been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Prime-Scape mainly because of David and the technician, Ron!!!!!

Not sure how this company is still open considering they Never answer the phones, whats the point of having office staff that can not pick up a phone? Flyers only work when you pick up!! Lost my business

We live in Paradise Island Park 1 at Lake Haven in Dunedin Fl. We had our yards cut yesterday and I just want to commend the crew that worked around our property at #49. Last week whoever the crew was did a sub par at best job. Weeds were not trimmed and mowing was done at such a high speed that they missed so much grass. The crew yesterday took their time and I didn t have to go out and weed wack what was missed. I really hope we get the crew back from yesterday morning every week. Great job guys from a very happy resident.

Great work, hospitality, very fine people

Primescape takes care of one of the communitys where I live. Its Sand Pebble Pointe in Port Richey. The quality of the work done by this company is well below par. Excuses are equipment broke or not enough help. Theres no excuse for the way this place looks. The one star is only because you have to give at least one to post.

Treat their employees badly work them 10 1/2 hours a day without proper means to hydrate and no one speaks English on 2 out of 4 Crews lack of skill and ability

This company takes care of a trailer park I live in in Largo. They tore up a peace of myproperty outside and we re not gonna say anything about it, when I got hold of the area manager Andy he told me he would look into it and that was three months ago. I ve repeatedly called and he went as far as to say he would meet me one Friday needless to say I took a day off work waiting for him he never showed as far as I m concerned there are way more better companies out there that are willing to do a better job beware of this company!!!

Hired to remove the number of trees and various trimmings they did half the job and left without finishing. My wife called to speak with them and was told that it would not be until Monday that they would come out. Michael hung up on her. I called them and was told they would be out today to finish the job. They just did not show up. I called multiple times with no answer. They are not professional at all

they were hired to spray the lawn and we ended up getting chinch bugs and fungus. they were called several times about brown spots and holes in lawn we were told just a little fungus and they sprayed for that. The problem only got worse so we had another company come out . Now were are dealing with a bigger expence of getting rid of chinch bugs. One more thing their customer service needs a little make over. So now they want their money on top of all the other expences of having to hire a new company. I dont recommend this company

I had this company come out and remove a tree. They did a great job at a great price. I then learned that they also do pest control and lawns/landscape. Pretty cool, one stop shop. They gave me a great deal to have all three services that was a no brainer. Hired them, so far everything is great!

The mower ran over a 3 foot tree in my backyard, and Im pretty sure their guys stole some fishing tackle from my house.

the worst job i have ever seen

I called Ameripride to come out and fix my existing sprinkler system and install new landscaping in the front of my home. The price was very affordable and their supervisor, Robert was on site during the entire time of the job. I was concerned after reading some of the prior reviews about the workers being ex-cons but that was not my experience. In fact, I learned that most of the workers on my job were veterans. They were very professional, polite and courteous. I would recommend and use them again.

This company is the worst! I live in a MHP - they start at 7AM when they have been told not to... they ruined all the downspouts with the trimming, and recently chopped down a cactus and other plantings in my garden. They rarely clean up and have no consistency in the times or dates they service. I would never recommend them... we have called the management and get yes well address that - and never do.

I have had the pest control service with Ameri-Pride Pest Control for 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I also have the bi-monthly lawn and fertilization maintenance with them. My lawn is the best in the neighborhood
