Had his working on Thanksgiving day and new years eve too broke to pay his guys for the holidays kinda sad

They are ok. Price is similar to most places in the area. However, if they move something dont expect them to put it back and if they break something dont expect them to acknowledge it. If you ask them to not do something (e.g. not leaf blow a certain area) dont expect theyll follow through more than a time or two.

Thanks Chapmans for the excellent service I received today during the cleanup and re-landscaping of my courtyard today! The guys were professional, detailed and very pleasant to deal with. After calling 4 companies with only 2 responses, I am so satisfied with my decision. Shout out to Dane for making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Chapman came to the office today to service the lawn, broke the window in my vehicle. I called their office and Dane came out and took a look at it. He said there is no proof his crew broke the window so he is not taking responsibility. And of course he spoke to the crew and they deny anything. Make sure you check your property before they leave, any damage would not be their fault if you do not catch them in the act. 2/25/22 Linda Chapman has made arrangements to take care of the cost of the broken window.

They don t even try to hide the fact that rather than picking up yard waste they just blow it in adjacent yards.

Rick & his crew were hard-working and efficient, neat and nice. They trimmed my trees and my cactus. Dane provided care and advice for the maintenance of my ornamental plants. I recommend this company from the beginning stage of the job with Rodney, to the cleanup with Rick and crew. Thank you Chapmans!

Chapmans is a great company to work with. They are easy to communicate with and helped me with my landscape clean up, design and install. I will use them again for a semi annual clean up and refresh.

Try not to block a major road while mowing. Parking a truck in the right hand turn lane on highland ave and drew to save yourself 20ft on a side street is ridiculous, not to mention illegal.

Every week its always something not done correctly. If only there crew took pride in their work we wouldnt have to call to get the job done. Now unfortunately we are going to have to take our business else where. UPDATE: STILL POOR QUALITY CONTROL... WE WANTED TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE BECAUSE I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK BUT YOU STILL NEED TO HAVE QUALITY CONTROL!

I waited a week for an apt and specifically said they could start right away (because I asked). Then emailed me 2 days later to say they couldnt do it. Not professional at all.

Reckless driving around children, consistently blocking residential roads, and speeding in dead end neighborhoods sums up my experience with this company quite well. Im not a customer, I never will be, and Im going to request my neighbors to find someone else. Lots of us have kids around here, and once they see the video I have of how the drivers behave I have no doubt theyll change lawn services. To the owner - if you want to know where and when this is happening, give me a direct line and Ill call you.

I rarely post reviews, but in this case I want others to have an idea of who they are getting involved with. Chapman failed to follow simple instructions, killed our brand new sod, so we fired them after one week of service. We offered to pay for one week or 1/4 of the month, makes sense right? Linda Chapman is now demanding a full months payment after only mowing our grass one time. She demands that we pay $130 for mowing...no weed control, no cleanup, no shrub maintenance, nothing that was listed on our agreement. Yet we still offered to pay for one week of service and Linda Chapman refused to accept payment; she continues to harass us, still sending ridiculous emails, even after being asked several times to stop. Ive had to block her and all Chapman contacts just to stop being harassed. Extremely unprofessional for a so-called business owner.

Do not do business with Linda and Joe!! The following are some of the issues I had over the 6 months of using their landscaping company. I gave them chance after chance to prove they are a legitimate operation and now I regret trusting them. They currently owe me hundreds of dollars for automatic withdrawals they made on my card without completing the services that were agreed upon. They ran my card for $500.00 before they even did my first cut. Mind you I had to call to find out when they were going to start. Red flags everywhere but thought surely they wouldn t keep money for services they did not complete. I was wrong. My flower beds were rarely touched after Joe promised me his wife would personally be assigned to making them look so nice the neighbors would be asking who I use (not only did she rarely show up but I had to constantly remind the landscape crew that my flower beds were included in my services). They left large portions of my lawn uncut due to claiming they cannot get their feet wet. Later I spoke to Linda and she claimed they can get their feet wet. They charged me for multiple months of a fertilization/pest control spray treatment that was completed once. When following up with why they have not returned, the company they contracted out to do the service claimed not only am I not on their list for a bi-monthly treatment but it is not even a service they are allowed to complete by law during the months of June 1 - Sept 1st. Yet Linda and Joe continued the automatic debit. They even broke a light and never brought it to my attention nor offered to replace it. When confronting the company over their repeated dishonest business practices and broken promises, they fired me as a client. Luckily I had the bank block their attempts to pull any more money from my account. The following month I received notification that even though we ended our business relationship and they owe me for multiple incomplete services, they again tried to continue to withdraw money. Never use Chapman Professional Lawn Maintenance!!

Rick and Joe team came to our home and did excellent work. We had some palm trees in dire need of trimming back! Both of them were courteous and professional in how they worked and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company for your maintenance needs.

My property has never looked better. They do a wonderful job every week and are reasonably priced and very efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

Poor professionalism! I did some research to find recommendations for local lawn services and saw several people referring Chapmans Lawn Services. I called to express interest in getting an estimate and left a voice mail. A week later, while on a Zoom meeting for work, I received a call from an unknown local number and answered it to be sure it wasnt an emergency at my daughters school or something of that nature. The gentlemen said he was from Chapmans, to which I responded I was on a work call and asked if I could call back 30 minutes later. He laughed at me, said hed take me off of their list, and hung up...

Terrible communication, do not do what they say they are going to do. Killed my beautiful large Azalea bush, cut it back too far. Would not even remove it! I do not recommend this business at all. I am a business owner, so beware. Linda Holbrook
