Point Brittany Condominium hired them to "refresh" our landscaping. These photo depict our "refreshed" look ~a year later! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY & NOT KNOWLEDGABLE!! EVERYTHING DONE IS HIGH MAINTENANCE!! Told that everything "is installed according to standards"?! Edging installed improperly from the start, sections never into the ground, hair pin/sharp turns vs graceful lines, now it's a total mess, bent & pulled out to ground. Hedges (high maintenance & planted too close to buildings) are dead plants/flowers, not planted in alignment. Plants, such as the cardboard palm (4'+ height x 4'+ wide) planted too close to bed edge with grass, already are growing over into lawn. Trees till leaning over from hurricane Debby ~Aug. 5, 2024. Landscape cloth EXPOSED FROM DAY ONE.
Your company landscape workers cut the cable line to our home when they were mowing or weed-wacking. We had to get spectrum out here to fix your careless error. Please remind them to be mindful of people's property. By the way, in peaking with neighbors, this is not uncommon for many home developments. It appears to occur frequently, like in as...weekly. Please strive to do better. That's all. Thank you.
The Fieldstone Team provided exceptional tree service work at our property. Their dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect of the job, and it has truly transformed our outdoor space. Firstly, we must commend Ken, their arborist, whose expertise and knowledge were invaluable during the planning process. We were impressed with the detailed proposal and ample explanations he provided. Additionally, Chad, the Operation Lead, showed impressive guidance and skill in handling our trees, ensuring their health and beauty were enhanced. He also demonstrated remarkable leadership and organization during the entire, 5-day long operation. His ability to oversee the project efficiently while maintaining high standards was commendable. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff made the experience even more pleasant. Everyone was approachable, willing to answer questions, and provided insights that helped us understand the process better. This level of customer service is rare and much appreciated. I manage an RV park in Palm Harbor . I have had two major projects completed by the same crew. I can not say enough about the attention to detail and professionalism from Neil, Dave and Christian. They have been a pleasure to work with and their knowledge has been invaluable. I live in Vantage point condo on gandy. I have watched them completely bypass my end of property for 3 weeks now. I would strongly recommend looking for yard services elsewhere.... horrible horrible company. They came today look at this....

Shane is not only a very kind person, but a high level professional in his field. Very very intelligent and helpful. He was able to break all the information down so I could easily understand. (I couldn’t keep a cactus alive in the desert) He really made my shopping experience very easy and quite enjoyable as well. I sleep well knowing I made the best decision for my property. Never return phone calls? What is wrong with this place?
One of the drivers wasnt paying attention and got in the wrong lane. When the signal light turned green, he turned right from the 2nd lane - right in front of me! Had I not stopped, he would have hit me. If he is going to drive that big vehicle, he needs to be more careful!

BEWARE!!! Theres something very wrong.. I contacted them to give me an estimate..these people came 2 weeks later, by that time I had already contracted a different company. After I declined their service the next few days my lawn was completely yellow, sabotaged. I know they sprayed something to kill my grass. Theyre like the mob.
Excellent park for family enjoyment
Doesnt show up as scheduled. Once they were fired, they stopped coming, stopped weeding and let weeds grow 4 feet tall. HORRIBLE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! They replied below with an email that isnt a good email too. Ive also attached picture of the mess called my back yard!

They landscaped our yard and the work came out okay in the end but not great. Contacting anyone at the company was impossible. There was no formal plan put together, I was never notified when people were coming to work on the property. My pool light wire was cut, and despite many attempts to get it fixed, it took months before they just said they wouldn t fix it and took money off the bill. At one point there was 6 full months where we didn t hear from them about finishing our project.
Fieldstone puts on a great dog and pony show to sell you their services but never completed one task satisfactory. Several times I asked to speak to the owner who directed the original presentation but he never responded. Additionally, they cost us tens of thousands of dollars on failed projects. We would not recommend Fieldstone to any of our neighboring developments In Tierra Verde. We are thrilled with our new Landscaping Vendor that replaced Fieldstone.
A breath of fresh air! I thought my lawn was toast from a previous companys service. Fieldstone got my chinch bugs killed and reversed the damage they did! Each winter I usually get fungus really bad, but that was not an issue with their service. The fertilization and watering tips from our (very friendly and knowledgeable) technician has my lawn looking better than ever! Price was extremely fair as well. Thank you Fieldstone!!!

This company destroying my property, I called many times but not answers, I left messages to Max not call me back, I not recommend bad quality to job, stay away from this company.

WOW! I cannot bestow enough wonderful accolades to Fieldstone, its employee, Jose, and Owner, Chris Eastman. Recently, I pulled over to help a woman and her young son who were stranded on a busy road with a stalled SUV and a lot of steam coming from under the hood. The woman looked confused and helpless. It was very cold outside, even with our thick coats on. Within a few minutes of me offering my AAA membership to help and ensure she was taken care of, a young man by the name of Jose pulled over in a Fieldstone Landscape Services pickup truck. He immediately jumped into mechanic mode, protecting us from the hot steam emitting from under the hood by taking off his Fieldstone uniform shirt and placing it over the radiator gasket while using a broom handle from his truck to knock the gasket open. The sense of safety and elation Joses selfless actions provided to this woman and her son were palpable. Poor Jose had to be so cold, especially after using his uniform shirt to help, but he never skipped a beat. Jose was able to remedy the situation long enough for this woman and her son to drive home. Without seeking any recognition or compensation, Jose just smiled and was gone. I made sure to write down the Company name as he drove off. From the moment I called the Company to get this young mans information, the woman who answered the phone was very professional, respectful and thankful. I wanted to make sure this gentleman, Jose, was recognized for his selfless and kind act. I emailed the Company and detailed my experience. Shortly thereafter, the owner of Fieldstone, Chris Eastman, personally contacted me to let me know Jose was both recognized and rewarded. In the following days, I received a beautiful Fieldstone dry-fit shirt (which my husband loves to landscape our yard in!) and a really cool cell phone grip. This Company, its staff, and owner have been a class act all the way. In a day and age where customer service is long forgotten and all people do is complain, I think it is extremely important to call out a Company when they get it right - and Fieldstone got it right and then some. Thank you, Fieldstone, for being a Company Id be proud to represent as a lawyer and for showing your community love and respect. I would recommend this Company ANY day of the week.
Fieldstone Landscaping is very good at the job that they do, they are fast and efficient. If a concern arises, they respond in the most professional way, and take care of things to mutual satisfaction. Chris Eastman is a man of his word, he is honest and professional.
Attention to detail is missing. Live in a gated community and I got rocks, bark, grass, leaves/branches, and trash all around our community not being taken care of. Super easy location with little . Been watching them for the past two months, not impressed. Our HOA should be reduced or find another company. if you want insight. We were told last month they were going to take down a branch because it might fall and can seriously injure someone. Look at this picture and I ll be back next month and it still be there or hurt someone. Only reason this company receives a three is because it could be our property manager not being all that great either.
