The small irrigation job that the crew from Charlie s Wells Irrigation put in for me is beyond perfect. It works wonderfully. Other irrigation companies wanted to put in an elaborate system or insisted on either hooking up to a very old system from past owners OR charging me a large fee to look for the old system. We were not going to hook up to the existing old system and only wanted irrigation around the new tropical palms and trees that we had installed a short time ago. Charlie s crew had no problem putting in ONLY the small simple system that we wanted and our plants needed. Thank you very much. Laura and Sons St Petersburg.

Ran into a problem where they needed to come back and do some additional work on my irrigation system. When I stated that they had recently worked on the system, they didnt charge a second service call fee. Pricing was fair, staff (both at the service office and the technician working my problem) were courteous and prompt. Recommend considering them if you need irrigation system work at your residence.

For over 30 years we have used Charlie s Wells .From initial install and currently for periodic repair as needed. When service is required they have always responded at time scheduled. On occasion a service call prior to me may have had some reason for a delay, but they have always called to confirm a delay with new ETA. Great professional service!

Broken underground sprinkler pipe needed repair and general tune-up for 7-zone residential system. Friendly and knowledgeable technician arrived the next day. All problems solved for a very reasonable cost.

Quickly responded after calling to come and check all 12 zones. Their rep adjusted if needed and replaced one sprinkler head. Also informed me about covering up a sludge pipe from the sun to protect with an inexpensive cover to order from Amazon. I trust this company. Know they are in high demand because others trust them also.

I was out of town and asked them to come by. I got a call and explained my situation. Their course of action was to install a pump that would not be so strong and so far its working great. There was a big discussion at the office on exactly what size pump would be needed and it all worked out in the end.

I am done with Charlie s Wells and Irrigation. I called and set an appt for 9AM. Day of appt, I called cause it was roughly 10ish and spoke to some guy who sounded as if he was new to answering the phones. They said that one of the workers never showed up and so I asked when they were gonna show. They never gave me a time except after noonish. 3:36 I received a call from the tech who stated that he was in the cul-de-sac and didn t see my house. That was kind of frustrating especially since I was outside waiting for them in my driveway!!! Now at this time I seen the vehicle make a right turn onto the my street. The guy gets out, looks at the pump and say that they cannot change the pump out because it s a 1.5 HP versus what they grabbed from the warehouse, a1HP. So they left and I received a call from the office and so I told them what happened and we hung up. I then received a text about making another appt and I answered no. So Saturday I received a bill from them stating that I owed them $65 for a service call fee! Today is Monday and I got off the phone about 5 minutes ago with Mr Charlie s wife (she called herself Mrs Charlie). I asked her about why I received a fee from them when absolutely nothing took place except a 6 hour and 45 minute wait. She just kept saying that they showed up so that constitutes a service call! So I asked her if I could speak to Mr Charlie and she said no need cause she is Mrs Charlie! So I kindly told her that I explained to her that when I called and stated that I needed a pump replaced and told her it was a 1.5 HP. So after all the explaining, she told me it was still a service call the fee will still stand. I told her that I was not paying fee for something that should have been straight from the get go. She angrily told me that I should never call again and actually hung up on me. I am fine with that especially since she is not very good at her job and I feel sorry for Mr Charlie if she has to speak to other clients!! Good Luck and good ridden! I failed to mention that I sent her 3 photos of the pump so she knew exactly what I needed!!

We hired Charlie s Wells to fix our leak in the sprinkler system that was under our sidewalk. They worked non stop, found the problem came up with the solution and had it repaired completely in 3 hours! They are professional, hardworking, respectful and diligent! I would HIGHLY suggest you gave them a call for ALL your irrigation needs!

Very knowledgable and competent. Our homeowners common area sprinkler system got pretty well beat up during Frontiers cable installation. There was damage to the piping, valves and electrical controls. Charless guys were able to figure out the issues and put it back together again.

My lawn sprinkler pump stopped pumping water. I called another company and the guy said he would come out in two weeks First available. He never showed up, never called. I called him and he said he had an emergency well call and would call me back when he was done. He never called and never showed. I then called Charlie s Wells they made appt first available in two weeks. Tony showed up for appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He had me up and running in less than an hour!!! Excellent work! Highly recommended! So now my lawn has been without water for a month now but thanks to Tony at Charlie wells I can get it looking good again soon!

I recently had some work done by this company to find out why my irrigation timer was not working. After multiple visits, they found out that the wires needed to be replaced which they did but not the way they had described. (I was on vacation when they came out the final time.) I wanted confirmation on what had been done and why so I scheduled a visit from the owner. I have to say I was totally taken aback with his attitude and how rude he was and not at all professional. As he was leaving, he clapped his hands like Im outta here and I dont have to deal with you anymore. Certainly not what you would expect from the owner who might like to have repeat business from either me or my neighbors. The only positive note is the girl that answers the phone and does billing was the sweetest ever. If I could, Id leave 0 stars.

After 2 weeks brought a electrical panel, there was no power to the timer. Appointment 1week the technion was rude and use foul language, showed up at 8pm dident do anything. Very disappointed.

Excellent service! Charlie was very helpful and instrumental in getting our daughter s 30 year old broken sprinkler system up and running again within our budget. The knowledgeable technicians needed to repair and replace a badly deteriorated system. This company is efficient and honest.

Stay away from this company, they put a total system in for me in 2017 and I have had 4 water breaks since then. Apparently his incompetent workers did not glue my fittings properly, we think there was a problem with the primer but not sure what this idiot did except I have had nothing but problems with his installation. They should be put out of business.
