They came out over a month ago to give me a quote, Just told I would get one between 5 to 7 business days. I called them to see where they were at with just a number, thats all I asked for. Nothing, no response via text, email or anything. Not even a not interested in this job. Im disappointed to say the least.

Fast, friendly service at lower cost! I would highly recommend Andrew and his team!

Andrew and Tony were nice but their workmanship and professionalism was disappointing. Simple job, refurbish existing fountain and lay down some landscape lights (4 pathway lights, 1 spotlight, couple fountain lights-2k). My nice clay brick pavers have large concrete stain from the mortar they used on the rocks at the base of the fountain. Few deep gouges on pavers they removed to lay down the line. They replaced them with the gouged side up.. Then after all of that there was never a new pump put in the fountain and I wouldn t have known unless I asked. They did come back to put one in. Final straw was leaving transformer box they installed too far from the outlet. Andrew said he d bring a connector but after a couple weeks I told them not to bother as I wanted my electrician to come out and properly install. All things I can fix but shouldn t need to.

Andrew came out and we discussed some options for our yard. He told me hed email me an estimate in a couple days. Despite numerous calls from me (they dont answer their phone) and unreturned messages, it took them two weeks to email me an estimate. The estimate didnt include all the things we had talked about so I emailed them back and asked if Andrew could call me. A return email told me he would. That was a week and a half ago. I guess they just dont want my business.

Totally unresponsive. It was difficult to get them to come out for a quote, then we never heard from them again. Tried following up via phone and text, no response. Would not recommend wasting your time.

The owner Andrew is great but his crews do not know the plants they work with and plenty die. My new lawn was taken to nubs because they kept mowing it until I had to stop them. The men were rude and said that I was a problem. Well after a year of trying to teach his crew how to do the job , I guess i could be considered a pain. Beware of this company they miss items on your contract and are not professional. I fired them.

Aloha has been a very reliable lawn service for us. They are very responsive to our landscaping needs.

Aloha has been great from complete landscape redesign, removal and installation of our entire front landscape including 2 pond-less water features to our weekly lawn maintenance service. Andrew, Tony and the whole team get it done right.

I have had Aloha Landscaping for over a year for lawn service. They do an excellent job.

They have good landscaping ideas... however when you have problems you cant talk to them...

I had them come out to give me a quote and after 4 almost 5 weeks of calling asking for the quote I gave up. Every time I called I was told the next day but nothing. Finally I just moved on. Would ve been nice to at least receive something from them but never did. It made me uncomfortable to the point where I didn t trust them enough to actually complete the job if they ever started it. Its a shame because I was planning on using them but it s almost as if they didn t want the business and this was going to be a decent size job

These guys have restored my yard after another company left a mess. Pam is GREAT.

Incredibly professional, timely and detail oriented. Priced very fairly in comparison to other companies that we interviewed. Would use them again and give them the highest recommendation!!

Nice people but they have really bad crews working for them. They do not do what they say, so don t expect much. It you need someone to cut your grass they are your company but don t expect them to trim and if you have plants kiss them good bye. My wife found all kinds of plants that were either trimmed beyond repair, dead or completely pulled up and disgarded. The biggest issue we had was their dishonesty. They where suppose to come every week and they did not. When I ask them she said that they have tracking devices on the trucks which showed the crew was at my house on a certain day. I have security cameras that record and I reviewed the tapes. I did not see a crewing that week in question. Guess she didn t count on the camera s. We let them go after a month. Now we cant get our money back from them . Good luck if you hire them.

Working on my neighbor s yard today. When the garbage truck came by, and the crew were asked nicely to move their large truck so that the city workers/garbage truck could get by, they refused. Does that sound like a company you want to hire? I called the office and spoke to Pam, who apologized and was pleasant, but I would definely NOT hire them!

I called Aloha last year to do a large cleanup and they did such a good job that I phoned them last month(April 2018), when I needed a new lawn. They did a wonderful job removing the old weed filled, uneven, lumpy mess of a yard, graded the whole site and installed a beautiful new lawn. Andrew spent an entire weekend day renovating my old broken sprinkler system and got it up and running! It s been several weeks and the new grass has settled in perfectly. I m very, very happy.

Called for a quote Andrew came out and despite several calls to the Company have never heard back. Considering the number of negative reviews I guess I should feel lucky. Angie s list must be wrong to give them a high rating.

The owner Andrew was very professional and kind. His employee Tony was hard working and very detail focused. They cleaned up work from a previous contractor that botched the job. Andrew and Tony came in and made it right. The price was right where I expected it and I believe I got a lot of value for what I paid. THANK YOU ALOHA Landscaping!
