Unfortunately, as a former employee and firsthand insider, my experience with Jones Lawn Service was highly disappointing. Despite their promises, their inability to handle their workload and demand left me with subpar results. It's evident their team is stretched thin, and the supervisor lacks necessary leadership skills and qualifications to run a crew, resulting in rushed and careless work. Communication was lacking, and the quality of service did not meet expectations.Adding to my dissatisfaction, during dangerously hot summer days, I witnessed alarming neglect towards the safety and well-being of Jones Lawn Service's crew. Despite scorching temperatures reaching 105 degrees, essential amenities like water and proper breaks were lacking, putting their employees at risk. Furthermore, the absence of air conditioning in their trucks exacerbated the discomfort and hazard of working in such extreme conditions. This blatant disregard for worker safety is unacceptable and highlights the company's disregard for both their employees and their customers' satisfaction. Moreover, the company appears to be unstable and lacks the necessary infrastructure for smooth operation. Their inability to manage demand and provide adequate resources indicates deeper issues within the organization. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with the owner's unprofessional conduct. During their service, the owner made inappropriate sexual advances towards me, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. Furthermore, I recently discovered that she has been spreading false and malicious rumors about me to other clients. This behavior is utterly unacceptable. As a result, I will possibly be pursuing legal action for slander and character defamation. Furthermore, Jones Lawn Service refused to provide workers' compensation for my workplace injury—a hernia sustained on-site. This refusal to support me after an injury on the job is reprehensible and adds to the company's disregard for its employees' well-being. Overall, my experience with Jones Lawn Service was deeply disappointing, and I strongly advise others to explore alternative options for their lawn care needs. Companies like Dawson's Landscaping or NutriLawn whom prioritizes safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction far beyond Jones Lawn Service can. Please reconsider deeply before choosing Jones Lawn Service. ** I have my W4 sent to me by your company by law as necessary, good try though. Btw don't ever hit on any younger male employee ever including myself its very disgusting and foul.
