Today I saw these guys just blowing there leaves onto my businesses property, instead of picking them up themselves. Would not recommend doing business with these guys, unless you want to piss off your neighbors.
Worst than the worst ever landscaping company. If you want your trees and shrubs to look like Q tips, have these guys prune for you. Unskilled and uncaring. Hard pass.
I’ve never used this company but from what I just saw today I would never call them or refer them to anyone. I was at a public business shopping and the maintenance guy obviously doesn’t know how to set sprinklers and sat there in his van, eating, and watched the sprinklers spray into the parking lot and spray down the side of my jeep…leaving it water spotted. He was parked right next to my jeep. I wouldn't say that’s “35 years of experience”. Throughly unimpressed with the lack of care by this company.
I have called Sierra Landscape two times in the last 3 months for irrigation repairs. Both times the crews that came out to make repairs were prompt, polite and fixed the issues quickly. I will always give them a call with any irrigation issues. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them highly!
Horrible people. I have a nervous system disorder and now have to get heavy sedation because these people are so inconsiderate of the world around them and choose to use loud equipment at 8 am. They constantly choose to be rude and paint it off as “we’re just doing our job people need to understand” despite the fact they are choosing to do their job at a time that ruins peoples days. Horrible horrible people . Yucky and gross .
As a property manager who has had the opportunity to work with Sierra Landscape for the past 2+ yrs., I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend their services. Marc, the maintenance manger, has always been helpful, professional and prompt to address any issues or concerns. All around, this company as a whole has exceeded my expectations in maintaining my properties’ landscaping needs.
Damaged my brand new car with less than 1k miles not even a month old. And refused to help in any way to get it fixed or repaired. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this company. They do not care about the customer and will not help you if they damage your property. Their employees are very careless and will blow debris all over your car and if your windows are down they will blow debris into your car. Even after numerous times of asking them to be careful. They continue to do the same thing.
Tried to work with this company for weeks on getting the property cleaned up. This is how they leave it looking. Called the office several times, talked to the lead guy of the crew and over and over they leave the property a mess.
Best company by far . They do the job just how you want in a timely manner .

They owe me a car wash. Sierra landscape takes care of the grounds outside of my work. They need to learn how to use the tools they have correctly. Such as blower, there is a ton of junk and dirt that they blew up onto my car. (You also do not use a weed eater to cut ivy, that s just lazy.)My car was clean, now I need to take it through the wash. Very unprofessional and rude.
I would recommend this company to anyone.. I had fencing done from them 33 yrs. ago and it still looks great.. Cathy and Craig are professionals.. Also very nice what you are doing for Paradise H.S. baseball field..

Me and my spouse are night workers so most of the day, we are sleep. On the first day of their job, we forgot to unlock the side gate so they can come in to the backyard. I had 2-3 missed calls from Richard because I silenced my phone. While they are waiting and hoping Ill wake up, they went ahead and did a pretty good maintenance job on our front yard which was not included in the job contract. They finally was able to get in and proceeded to do their work. These guys are amazing! they do their jobs very professionally and definitely know what they are doing. They go up and beyond their job entails. They finished most of the yard work in one day but today was the completion of the job as there was a delay on the delivery of some of the plants we wanted but for the whole week while waiting for them, Richard followed up and always promt to get back to me regarding any concerns with the newly installed plants. He also gave tips on how to take good care of them. Calling their office is also a great experience because there is always somebody to take my call and whatever concerns are properly addressed. We got all the plants we wanted and our backyard looks great! We are very satisfied and happy clients! Thank you to the whole team of Sierra Landscape and Maintenance, Chico.
Works are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Constantly leave trash behind, blare music at 7 AM, and to top it all off they like to cat call my girlfriend routinely when she walks by them alone. It s also fun to hear workers yell at each other, back and forth about how they are doing something wrong or dangerous. Makes me wonder how legit this company is and if the workers are really properly trained and responsible.

Great company. They can take care of any landscaping and irrigation needs. They also do fencing. Love their work.
Have been using sierra for over a year now and could not be happier.
This company is terrible. Wish a no star option was available.
