He is not helpful in getting springers fixed. I have tried to get him to do it several times, but he just left it undone.

These guys never do everything they are supposed to. I mentioned this to the owner and he said, "Yeah, every house has different things they want done and not all of my guys know" Really? They should know. That's your job. So sorry you have to remember to blow the leaves off my lawn. One time they came into my back yard while I was out there so I waved, smiled, said, "Hi," and went inside. He then turned around and did some other neighbors' yards. A couple hours later I looked outside and noticed he had started packing up to leave. I ran out, and said, "Hey, when are you going to do my yard? We've been waiting for you to finish so we could go back outside." He said he thought that we were telling him we didn't need the yard done that day. He then continued to pack up. I said, "So are you going to do it?" He said something like, "Oh, I guess so." Never apologized.
