Update: Ben did call back and did apologize, he didn't hear me say patio cover - he offered to come out and look at the job. (5-6 month wait is normal & a much expected time frame these days) Thank you for the call back - I appreciate it. I called and left a message a week ago and heard back today, (happy to receive a call back) but he is way too busy for my irrigation, patio, patio-cover job - Ben informed me that they only do high-end jobs. (We've never met nor has he come by for a site visit) Pretty bold assumptions in my opinion.

Ben translated our description of what we wanted perfectly for our back yard. The crew was incredibly efficient and the price was well within the budget range we gave. I highly recommend Blue Oak.

Ben and the Crew @ Blue Oak took on a major project at our home transforming old (piece meal) concrete slabs and block walls into an open and beautiful landscape with free flowing lines of patio stones and tiles surrounding variations in plant designs complete with automated watering system which we could have never accomplished without his ability to take our visions to an even higher level. The transformation is amazing. Remodeling is more difficult than starting with a blank slate and as always full of surprises. The Blue Oak Crew took on all phases from demolition to finished project in a very professional and attentive manner. Always friendly and willing to put up with the evolving owner ideas they went the extra mile. Felix even showed up Easter Sunday to check and water "his" newly planted shrubbery as it had gotten unexpectedly warm. They will definitely be called when the next project begins.

Ben and his crew came out and completely transformed my yard from plain and boring to a true masterpiece. I couldn't be happier and get lots of compliments. These guys are the real deal, give them a call and you won't be disappointed.
