Diamond Cutters Inc in Chantilly

I don't usually write reviews, but had to after the short, brief experience I just had with this company. Only gave 1 star because can't give 0 stars and still post a review. This Company is the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with in ANY industry. Made an appointment for between 10am - 11am to have landscape estimate done at my home. Spoke directly with Ever, "their main Operations guy" the day before when scheduling the appointment. Ever would also be the person to personally come and do the estimate as well. At 11:30am still no show, no call, or no text. So I called the company to find out what's happening. Ever actually answered the phone. When I asked him what the situation was, he told me directly in an extremly disrespectful way that, oh I couldn't make it this morning something came up. Then when I stated that I understand things happen and do come up unexpectedly but why no call or text to let me know you canceled the appointment and weren't showing up. He responded that he was just now looking for my phone number when I called him. At that point it was 11:30, suppose to arrive by 11:00 and Ever is just now looking for my number - complete excuse because he got caught on the phone. The Company and/or Ever decided to blow off the schedule estimate appointment for whatever the reason and chose not to notify me. Left me waiting for services that were never going to arrive, nor call and let me know they had to cancel. If I hadn't called them at 11:30, I'd still be waiting for them to show up! The most unprofessional situation I've been put in as a consumer in my 53 years.
