Bio Turf Inc in Chantilly

I was using Tru Green for my lawn care and wasn't pleased with the results. Then, I noticed a well-maintained lawn in my neighborhood with a Bio Turf sign in the yard, which prompted me to contact them. I highly recommend Bio Turf for lawn care. Since using their services, I've seen a significant improvement in my lawn compared to my neighbors'. It has become a much deeper green and looks amazing. I am extremely pleased with both their work and the services they provide.

Called several times upon recommendation of my neighbor. Received a message once and never again. Wouldn't mind if they just said, too busy, not interested, etc. but nothing. Tough to recommend when they don't respond... UPDATE: After a slow start, connected with Bioturf. Apparently Rodney was sick. They sent out Dimaas (sp?). Very nice guy, very professional, did the work needed quickly. Had no problems ! Would recommend !

Soo this is the 6th time in 5 weeks that you have scheduled an appointment with us and just straight up no call, no showed. This is getting ridiculous. On April 19th yall came out for our yearly visit, and when you were turning the sprinklers on you informed us that we had a leak, but you were still going to turn the system on and schedule an appointment for us next day. We'll it's been 6 appointments that you've sent us confirmation for and then missed since then, what the hell is going on? Everytime you set an appointment with us I have to take time off of work, and that's a lot to ask for yall to just ignore us and miss the appointments that YOU set up. We've been using yall for years but I can't afford to keep missing work, what would you do?

Great experience from the beginning with Rodney to the install with Levi and crew. Very professional and courteous. They all did an exceptional job installing my new irrigation system. No mess left behind and everything is working great. Thank you!

After a bad start... Bio turf came thru. UPDATE: I was contacted by Karla she emailed me a repair invoice, and said she would be scheduling someone to come and raise the sprinklers, will update again once repair is done. More updates will be coming as the job/repair progress. UPDATE: 06/01/2021: Levy came raised and adjusted all the sprinkler heads that needed adjustment, now it is all done and now I'm a happy customer. Recommend their services.

I phoned Bio Turf to get an estimate to winterize my irrigation system. Their price was significantly lower than other estimates. They came out same day, winterized my system, handed me the outside connection neatly packaged in a plastic bag (for indoor storage) and asked for no money up front - invoice will be sent. The tech was professional and courteous. Perfect! Highly recommend.

Daryl and Levi have been providing great service for our lawn care and irrigation system they installed back in 2001. Several of my neighbors have signed up to use Bio Turf on my recommendation and they've been pleased as well. My lawn has looked great every year, with few or no weeds. The ones that showed up were quickly dealt with. Their fertilizers, insect and weed control products are much more environmentally friendly than what you can buy at a hardware store. I will continue to use Bio Turf for all of my lawn care needs. Very happy with them.
