The guys were awesome. There were electric wires that they worked around without cutting off the power. This was a 40 plus foot tree. It took all day and they worked non stop. Jeremiah and his crew came out and in about two hours dealt with a lot -- tree branches overhanging my roof, a neighbors dead tree splitting over our fence into my yard, and overgrown brush and saplings that had sprouted hip-high in the last years worth of neglect (Im so allergic to my yard). Jeremiah and his crew were absolutely personable and professional, and added some extra tasks to their to-do list, which I needed to have taken care of as well, for a reasonable amount given the last-minute nature of them. I would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent job on our 4 trees today. They cut down 4 trees and ground out the stumps. Very professional in all ways with workers and Jeremiah who did the cutting and supervising. They cleaned up leaves, limbs and any other debris .we highly recommend them!!! They have excellent equipment and gets into the narrow backyard without damage with their lift.

Buds removed a large maple tree in a very difficult to access location in our back yard. They operated with efficiency and teamwork. The tree was removed without causing any significant damage to property or to our yard. Clean up was also done well. Quality job and a quality operation.

Ryan Burnett & his team are incredibly professional, thorough, and provide superb service at an immensely reasonable price. We had a tree stump removed that was massive. The quoting & scheduling process was seamless and efficient; communication is top notch so you know exactly where your project stands and when they will be there. On the day of our job, we received notifications of their arrival eta. They used a barrier to prevent large wood chips from damaging/harming anything. They cleaned up well, thoroughly backfilled/seeded the area, and were courteous. A+++

Ive had a fantastic experience with Buds. They responded very quickly to my call. Their estimates come with detailed photographs showing where on the property they would be working. Im able to communicate with them by phone, text message, or email, and since text message is my personal preference I really valued that option. My trees havent been done yet (not the right time), but the hedges have, and I must say its the first time Ive ever looked at hedges and thought, wow, a hedge can really be beautiful. And (probably of more importance), the hedges look healthy now. You can go to the companys website and see that the crew are true professionals, knowledgeable and experienced. This isnt a one-person show: they have people who specialize in all different aspects of lawn and landscape. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, which personally is something that matters a lot to me. I cant think of anything I was even a little disappointed with. A thousand thanks to the whole team.

The crew from Buds Tree care arrived on time, removed the tree and stump. The tree was a large river birch with branches cantilevered over the street and a house and they did a great job.

Had a couple large branches broken off during the past storms/winds and I ve had good experiences in the past with Buds. Mine was not an emergency and I told them so, but within 4 days they were here. They took down the two large one and spotted a few smaller ones and removed those also. Clean up everything and were very efficient and fair pricing.

They work quickly and are very polite. However, if they cause damage to your property, they will claim it was like that before. They smashed a gutter with a falling log and feigned ignorance. EDIT: After calling to the manager, and presenting proof, they did fix the damage themselves. TAKE BEFORE AND AFTEE PICTURES.

The crew, led by Jeremiah, Brennan, Shamus, Ben, Brandan and Austin, came to our cabin area in a wooded setting. Trimming large trees above the cabin and work house, general trimming to reduce the risk of storm damage and to improve the overall improvement of our setting. They came with the equipment they needed, skill and a great attitude willing to help with our needs. This is the second time Jeremiah and crew have worked for me and they are #1 on my go to list.

Two of our trees (a ginkgo and a pine) were doing very poorly and seemed to be dying. We called Bud s to see if they could be saved or to give us a quote to replace them. They thought the trees could be saved and came up with a treatment plan. There were fall and spring treatments, and both trees have come back to life this spring with healthy new growth. We couldn t be happier!

Buds Tree Care is doing a fantastic job at helping save our apple trees. One of the main reasons we bought our house was 3 apple trees in our backyard, and they have been a staple of our home for many years prior to us moving in. Our daughter loves that she can pick apples right from the tree and eat them. So when our trees started showing signs of distress, we knew we wanted to try and save them instead of cutting them down. Ryan came out and instantly knew what the problem was. The fertilizer is injected right into the tree roots, so I dont have to worry about my daughter being outside playing immediately after application. The gentleman who have trimmed the trees to help with growth have been so kind, dont overdo it and listen to our concerns while also giving great instructions to us on how to keep the apple trees healthy in what we can do. They keep our critter nests safe as well. Thank you Buds!

Hired Buds for a stump grinding. Very reasonable pricing and they did the job well. Took some time for them to come out but honestly, anyone Ive hired somewhat recently has taken some time to come out, so this was not a negative. Would use them again.

Hired this company from a list given to me by my contractor after a tree fell on my house. They responded fairly quickly, though the receptionist was not particularly friendly, and did an adequate job. The problem came when they started harassing me trying to get a check from my insurance company. My insurance company was billed when the work was completed and issued a check that was sent to me weeks later. The check seemed like a paper copy for my records, so I thought nothing of it. Both I and the tree are company were under the impression that they were being paid directly. I recieved a phone call from the company notifying me of the misunderstanding and requested we meet to get the check to them. I agreed to drop it off with their receptionist where she was working from home. No problems so far, just a simple misunderstanding. I recieved this phone call at 2 pm on a Monday, again, never having seen an invoice, due date, or being aware there was any issue before this. The tech/office proceeded to call me 8 times before 9 am the next morning in addition to texting and having my insurance agent contact me. At no point in our phone call the previous day did I suggest that I was going to drop everything and run a check over to them right that minute. I had simply, very willingly, agreed to help them solve the issue they made me aware of. I responded to my agent, who suggested I bring the check to their office because I no longer felt safe communicating with this company. I got the check to my agent wednesday afternoon, less than 48 hours from the original phone call. in that time I continued to receive multiple messages and calls from the company (including threats that my bill was overdue) even though my agent had made them aware I would be dropping the check of there the next day. My agent was also contacted multiple times in that window and was frustrated with the tree care company himself. The other employees of his office also opted to not take phone calls from this company while the issue was being resolved because of the unprofessional nature of their communication. When the tech that had been leading the harassment picked up the check from my insurance company, he realized it was not in a format he could use and decided to come to my home to force me to resolve it for him on the spot. I did not answer my front door because I was working in my office and not expecting anyone. He proceeded to let himself into my backyard and knock on/ peer through my windowed bedroom door. I had no clue who this man was, we had only spoken on the phone before, and now hes looking through my bedroom windows after harassing me and anyone else he could get ahold of for days. He attempted to get me to drop everything and go with him to the bank right then. I declined. Then he tried to get me to leave my home and meet another employee at my bank, 30 minutes away. I declined. He continued to try to bully me into what he wanted right then and there. I let him know I would resolve the check issue and get them the money as soon as it went through. I was friendly and cooperative with this company from the minute I was made aware of any issues and they were unprofessional, inappropriate and made me feel very unsafe. I highly recommend you go with someone else.

I tried to hire this company for a small job in 2021. The initial intake was fine and the quote was okay, but the back office and scheduling for the company is a nightmare! After speaking with the owner in July and being given a 2 week out start date. The scope changed due to work from the City and I was taken off scheduling, put back on scheduling, taken off scheduling again after multiple calls to the office I learned that every time they internally adjust scheduling they move customers to the end of the list again instead of prioritizing jobs that are months old. They never completed the job, but did recommend a former employee who did the job almost immediately and for a good price. But this took so many calls to the office that it wasn t worth it, the season had passed and we couldn t get our landscaper in to finish the project. They just messaged me to give them a like on Nextdoor, so I m adding a review.

I have used Buds in the past but Im considering using a different tree company in the future. Today they were removing a tree from my neighbors yard buds service blocked my driveway with the logs removed from the tree. At no point was I contacted from Buds about being unable to use my driveway or asked permission to use my property as a storage place for their work equipment or as a staging point in the tree removal.

They were very efficient and reasona bly priced. They have a good crew and the clean up was great.

Contacted Buds Tree Care on November 4th to have the arborist come out and evaluate 3 of our pine trees. We were told it could be 3-4 weeks before Ryan, the arborist would get out to look at our trees. We followed up again on December 5th and were told that they would look into it and let us know when they had updated information. It is now December 15th and we havent heard from Buds Tree Service still. We sent an email on December 15th to cancel the request and Buds Tree Service actually responded to that, and cancelled our service request.

Ryan and this crew were so professional and nice guys. Did a excellent job!!!! Will definitely recommending them and will be using them again!

Our experience was great. Ryan gave us a quote and that was the price we paid. We had them trim two trees. One is quite large, and the branches were sitting on my roof and growing into the utility lines. They did a great job trimming, and raised the canopy over the roof to avoid future problems. The yard and deck might be cleaner then when they got here. Great clean up. Good price. Good work. Good communication. No complaints.

I had a large tree stump that needed to be removed. Luckily Ryans crew was removing a limb at my neighbors house that had fallen. I asked if he could quote me on removing the stump and scheduling a time. He gave me a very fair price and removed the stump while his crew was working on the neighbors house. Only took about 90 minutes and it was gone. Top notch service and very professional. He also gave some advice on some other landscaping projects I had planned. Great guy and his crew were friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

We called to have a dead tree removed. They let us know that its been busy and could be a few weeks, but theyd get someone out to do an estimate within a week or two. Estimate was done in that timeframe and they called to give me their thoughts on the job and hear what I wanted done. They said it could be another 4-6 weeks but theyd do their best, I appreciated the clear communication. Well, I got an email within 2 weeks saying theyd be out to remove the tree in the next 2 days! It was such a pleasant surprise! Their crew arrived right on time and were done quickly with great clean up. Highly recommend!

Buds Tree Service just removed a large birch tree from our front yard and they did a terrific job. They put me on their schedule and arrived on the day and at the time expected and were very quick and efficient with the removal of the tree. They were meticulous in their clean-up of the job site and you would never know they had been there except for the fact that the birch tree was no longer there. They kept me informed of their schedule and confirmed their appointment several times by email so I am very impressed by their administration of their business and their execution of the work itself. They are a bit expensive but I dont mind paying for quality and dependable service. Great job!!

I just had service done by Buds Tree Care (this, the second job they have done for us) and Im very happy with their service and the results. Ryan and his crew were prompt, thorough, professional, and took care not only of the specific concerns but associated things (like additional trimming not addressed in the initial job survey, preventing future problems of debris falling into the neighbors yard; they also took care to move a utility line out of the way and restore it to its place). The estimate given was the price paid. I would recommend Buds Tree Care without hesitation.

Removed one large tree from my difficult to access back yard. The tree and stump removal were satisfactory, but the cost was underestimated by 40%. The crane leaked grease/oil in my driveway - several spots. A couple of plants in my front garden were smashed by something dropped on them.
