This past season, I ve hired Rich and his team for a spring cleanup, weekly lawn mowing/trimming, and laying a bed of mulch. Prices are always reasonable and his guys work hard and do a fantastic job. I will continue to rely on Happy Green for my landscaping.

Disappointed with their work and lack of professionalism. We decided to hire his company because of the so called good reviews. His team just showed up one day without schedule to do our landscaping, he decided on the ornamental tree without consulting us first and when I asked him about it , he said it s too late, since he already got the Japanese maple, then 3 weeks later - WEEDS of all kinds started popping out. When I called Rich and asked him why weeds are already coming out this fast - he got RUDE, LIED and said that they used commercial grade liners. He must have used INVISIBLE LINERS because we don t see any at all. He is fast to collect payment though. We also had him for lawn mowing last year and when spring of 2022 came, they were a no show but he never bothered to give us notice of cancellation. Removing spiky and creeping Charlie weekly, is not my idea of a good landscaping work that costs us thousands of dollars. REPLY TO HAPPY GREEN S DENIAL: WE HAVE THE BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE PAYMENT.

Owner is not knowledgeable about landscaping or how to listen to clients. Totally unprofessional as well as disrespectful to female employees and customers. Unwilling to accept responsibility for his own actions or mistakes and has no business sense at all.

Always professional and courteous. Make my lawn look absolutely beautiful after each mowing. Would highly recommend for weekly lawn maintenance and snow removal in winter.

I have been using Happy Green Service for house cleaning for over 3 years. I would highly recommend their services. They clean ceiling fans, base boards, window ceils along with everything else. They will clean whatever I ask to be done. My house smells so good when I come home from work and they have cleaned. The ladies leave nice little notes sometimes, or spell out a message with my grandchildren s refrigerator magnets, and they give a Christmas gift, so nice. Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate and Rich decided to show up a day and a half early, without warning. Said he was just in the area . Proceeded to go throughout our property without permission on this day or letting anyone in the household know he was there. Luckily our dogs were inside and neither he nor our dogs were hurt. Very unprofessional, did not want to continue the business relationship from that point and terminated the estimate. Would recommend a company with more regard for their potential clients. *Shortly after posting my review Rich texted me the following Hey Rob thanks for the review I m sorry you hate life and have to make other people miserable as well. My wife and I paid $500 for Happy Green to come clean our home. To say we were disappointed is a complete understatement! Never will I ever use this company again. I can say I will never recommend this company to anyone either. Yes your company did come to clean my house. Everything was done in my wifes name. Surly you would be intelligent enough to go through your records with my last name. Either way i will spread to word how bad of a job your team did!! Have a great day sir!!

They showed up with no notice. Dude entered through the back gate and started moving stuff. Glad our dogs were inside. Aeration wasnt great with about 90% coverage and little depth to the cores (only about an inch aeration). We actually hired someone else because Rich never scheduled with me, then they show up out of the blue. That s not professional. I actually thought they were the new guy that I hired and I would have told Rich to go away but didn t realize who they were (company names are similar).

Rich responds immediately to texts/calls, they re pretty flexible and can work around busy schedules. The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning the AirBnB house during our extended stay. Reasonably priced as well!

Switched to this company after a previous one killed my grass and would sometimes not show up. Since switching, my lawn looks amazing and is always taken care of timely. Our lawn looks fantastic and healthy. They are also great about communication. They were frequently mowing at a time I was trying to get my daughter to nap, and once I mentioned it, they quickly rescheduled our mow to work around this.
