I can only speak for my technician named Chris. He does not miss a beat, always pointing out things of concern, or ways to improve upon furthering the health of my trees, bushes, and lawn. It is obvious that he cares, is knowledgable, professional, and is proud of his work, as I am too. I enjoy his visits caring for my trees, especially. I am a true tree hugger, and he respects that fact.

I was referred by my neighbor who uses LCS Lawn and Tree Service since I always liked how his lawn looked. I ve now been using LCS for the past two years and my lawn has never looked better. They always leave a note on the services they performed and give me tips on what I should do for maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and their staff are friendly. I highly recommend them!

We have had LCS Lawn and Tree Services for years. They are a great company to work with and offer some safe and organic treatments. The organic soil fix treatment has really made a difference in our lawn.

We have been a customer of LCS since 2012. We always receive reports for every procedure the technicians perform, whether it is fertilizing or controlling weeds and insects. We are right next to a wetlands area, so we (and the wildlife) appreciate the care and concern when any chemical is applied to our lawn. We can also request additional services from them such as grub control. Very professional!

Asked for core aeration and overseeding and was given 3 other packages to choose from which I didnt even ask for.will probably choose to go with naturescape or someone that can do what we request.

Love LCS lawn, they did a great job with the lawn at my old house, which was in pretty rough shape, and are doing a good job at my new house. I didn t really shop around price wise, but I was looking for a company that was responsive and did what they said they would do. LCS definitely fits that criteria. Very happy with the service and results!

Ive used LCS for at least 10 years for weed control and fertilizing. They have always provided professional service, and you just cant argue with the results!

I am truly impressed with the quality of service that LCS provides. Our lawn looks fantastic (green and weed free) and even got complimented when we were getting landscaping quotes. Additionally, our lawn looks great compared to other lawns in the area who use other services. We have been using LCS for multiple years, and will continue to use them for years to come.

Our lawn had gone downhill dramatically with a prior lawn service company we had over the past 2 years. I contacted LCS Lawn Svc. after I read the peoples reviews. We had our first application by them today and I highly recommend this company. Professional, hard working and I can tell just by the way the application was applied that they take pride in their work and work hard to satisfy their customers. I just know our lawn will rebound into lushness and thickness of the grass just by what I witnessed today. I will write another review as I continue the witnessing of a lawn brought back to beauty! When you hire a company to provide a service and they provide good service for many years, you don t expect that to change. With LCS it did change. For the worse. I used to have such a healthy lawn until this year. After the last treatment in August/September I noticed this area of my lawn start to die. It didn t start in a small part and then grow into this zig zagging pattern. It was like this from the start. Prior to taking this photo my lawn was not so green because we hadn t had much rain. I don t water my lawn because as a four time homeowner I know the grass will go dormant and return when the rain does. That s 36 years of homeownership experience. Regardless, when I contacted LCS they said they did come out right away to take a look at it. I was told that this was caused by drought like conditions and not watering 1-2 inches a week. I disagreed because the areas of my lawn that are affected by lack of rain has never been in this area because of shade from trees. We made an appointment to meet to look at it together but I never received an email confirmation regarding the time. However I was told when I inquired after a billing reminder-I wasn t paying my bill until they fixed the problem- that the manager did come to my house and determined it was lack of water and an infestation and the area would need to be reseeded, which they DON T DO! I would have to do it myself or hire a landscaper. My bottom line and belief is that they killed portions of my lawn with pesticide and blamed it on the weather. When I sent this picture before mowing it because the damage is very obvious, they said that it looked like my lawn was coming back. The green areas have alway been green. Nevertheless I canceled my contract and decided to give them a negative review because I am so disappointed in their horrible treatment of my lawn and their service. If they had rectified the situation this would have been a different story. If you look back in their reviews you will find this has happened before. Update: I have already reached out to LCS a number of times without any resolution other than to hire a landscaper or do it myself. If you took time to read your reviews you would see that it s definitely not mother nature and definitely an issue with your products or application of products. I am not sorry to see you go. Shame on you for your BS excuses. There are no comment on my lawn from the last visit. See invoice below.

They have been doing my fall lawn aeration for many years. The price is fair and it does help the lawn grow better the next spring.

Used them for 3 years with very minimal results. Crew didnt realize I was home one day and I watched them perform their spring application. Didnt perform what was purchased. They care about their money before quality. Will never use their services. I would rather pay more for better service.

Have been using LCS for several years but the service, and more importantly, condition of our lawn has been in a steady decline to the point our lawn is the worse in the block with large areas of bare dirt. The tech shows up to apply the regular service and theres never any mention of the deteriorating condition of the lawn so I call to complain/discuss. Finally today, manager/tech who came out last time agrees that yes he noticed that the lawn has huge areas of no growth with nothing but dirt but that there is no sign of disease or anything else wrong so he simply applied the product. After going back and forth with him asking if it looks like all the area needed is fertilizer/product he finally tells me that it should probably be reseeded. I asked him then why didnt they bring this concern/recommendation to my attention and the answer I got was that its not their role to help/advice/mention anything about reseeding. Really? Youre my lawn care company (expert) and you see an issue and you dont bring it up to the customer yet continue to get paid to apply products that you know are not going to solve the issue and the only way to get a straight answer is for the customer to once again (this has been going on for a couple years now) call in to complain? Done with these guys! Owner now replies below saying its fungal disease? You guys have NEVER (including this morning) said that my lawn had ANY type of disease. If youd like I can post a picture of the latest report your tech left on Monday indicating that all looks good and that I should simply raise the height of my lawn mower when mowing. Now after I call to inquire/complain I all of the sudden have fungal disease? Ok sure!

I have used them for 2 seasons and our lawn looks great. We did have a small snafu last year when the lawn was core aerated and the underground dog fence got utterly destroyed, but Ashley, the office manager, quickly rectified the issue compensating us for the cost of repairing the fence. Great customer service; quality serivce. I recommend them 100%.

I talked to the owner and this has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. We all have bad days. I have been a customer for the past 3 years. Every year I have asked for help because my lawn appeared to be dying. No one cared. Finally this year, when I received the renewal email, I decided to go another route and got a new lawn service. To my surprise, LCS came anyway to fertilize my lawn. When I contacted customer service, I was berated and told that it was my responsibility to cancel with them and since I didnt, I had to pay the bill or I would be reported to a collection agency. I was then hung up on. Really?? I would suggest that instead of berating and yelling at last years customers, why not call them to find out why they didnt sign up for the current season. I did call back to ask for the owner, Scott Brown and was told I had to leave a message. I have yet to hear from him...

Great customers service. If you want to learn about your issues they help you get the knowledge of your specific needs. Not just a quick spray/treatment and prices are great

I used LCS this year for a lawn care program and have been very happy. Everyone Ive talked to, especially the woman answering the phone, was very knowledgeable. The treatments have nearly eliminated weeds and crabgrass in my yard, including creeping charlie. I would definitely recommend their service!
