We had trimming & removal of dead brush around our property today. Very pleased with the work that was done! Dereks workers Corey & Isaiah were quick & efficient. Nice to know there are people out there who still take pride in their work! Would definitely recommend.

Dereks Grass Cutting Service is reliable, and well-priced. Dereks crew has been cutting our grass for several years. They are always considerate and tackle our somewhat odd-shaped and challenging 1+ acre lot every week during the summer. Before the first mow in the Spring they often have to pick up sticks before mowing. Plus, in late Fall, they rake, and remove all the leaves our many oaks drop. Derek took on our lot with no hesitation and has maintained it up to our standards all this time. We are more than happy to recommend his service and, in fact, are going to see if he can add some more extensive Spring maintenance next season. Well done Derek and crew!

I had fallen behind on leaf collection and with the huge trees in my yard, I needed assistance. Derecks crew was on time and completed the project efficiently. I would recommend his services!

Unresponsive to emails. I dont have Facebook so I tried to use the email form on his website to get estimates on work and crew size. Only received price per hour per man. When I replied after gathering quotes, he did not reply. Edit for his response: It still took over 2 days to reply to my request for quote using his website. People may have better reply times by leaving a poor review. I replied within 5 days, he replied to my initial inquiry on March 12, I replied on March 17. His week and a half is incorrect.

We hired Derek and his amazing team to do a spring cleanup and to weed all of our flowerbeds. We also needed all of our beds mulched and cleared and our hedges trimmed. The team also did all of the edging and trimming of our flowers and bushes. It looks AMAZING. I can t recommend Derek enough.

We use Derek s for our lawn mowing and they do an awesome job! Not only does our lawn look great, but they are also very professional, communicative and responsive. Although the season was already underway, this company worked us into its schedule. Dereks Grass Cutting is dependable and cuts our hilly 1.5 acres just as we like it. I was canceled on at the very last minute by another landscaper and really, really needed my grass cut that day. I found Dereks with a google search and he had a crew out to my house in 30 minutes. The 2 guys that showed up were strong, clear-eyed young men who take their work seriously and did an excellent job. As an independent 72 year old grandma, my attempts to cut my yard started to really hurt my arms and wrists. I noticed a lawn service in my neighborhood reliably came on the same day, and did a great job. The big silver truck said DEREKS GRASS CUTTING with their number. I called and was pleasantly surprised to find the young man eager to help me. He quoted me a reasonable price, and Ive not had to worry about my yard looking good for the rest of summer. His workers treated me with respect and were always professional. I thank God for Derek, hes not only a businessman, but a great human being!

I m not one to call a service to help me mow being as I enjoy mowing. I called Derrick on a whim, all the rain we ve been getting and our busy summer schedule I couldn t find the time or chance to cut it this week. He had his guys fit me into their next business day. It was so nice coming home to see my yard clipped, and weed eated (better than I normally even do!!). This is the first review I ve actually even left on Google but I would call him back in a heart beat next time I have a lawn dilemma

My mower is down in the shop for a couple weeks and I reached out to Derek to help while it is being fixed. He responded within a couple hours and had a crew at my place within 24 hrs. The grass was cut, weedeat and all grass was blown off the drive way and sidewalks. It looks great! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. The price was VERY reasonable for the expedited services. I may be calling him next week even if I do get my mower back. Very happy with this service.

Moving from Pennsylvania to Ohio and needed the grass cut on the property one last time before the new owners took possession. The grass had grown pretty tall over the few weeks we were preparing for our move and decided to get in contact with a grass cutting service. Derek s business was the first to show up on my search and was happy to see several good reviews. Filled out the request for estimate on the website and he returned my email promptly with a very reasonable price. The grass cutting is done in a thorough manner and the price includes edging also. The gentlemen who come to do the service are polite and they use a variety of tractor, push mower and edger to assure a perfect outcome. I love this service!!

Im selling my house and already living out of town. I was given a reco for Derek and asked him to do a spring cleanup. The pictures are some of those shown here and I couldnt be happier with the work and Dereks professionalism in dealing with me trying to arrange this remotely. The yard never looked that good when I was taking care of it myself and Im pretty particular about my lawn care. Full cutting, edging, weeding, trimming bushes, and laying a ton of mulch. We got a couple of optimistic viewings of the house right after the work so it definitely worked!

Had Dereks grass cutting service preform some landscaping for me Saturday July 29. He showed up when he said he would. Did some extensive weeding and shrubbery trimming. I own property in Butler but live in AZ. I had hired an apparently unreliable person to maintain my lawn while I am out of state. Unfortunately this person left me a nightmare of an overgrown yard to put it mildly and also in trouble with Butler County. I was ready to give up until my daughter found Derek. He responded immediately and got to work on my mess within days. He has done a complete makeover on my property and my yard now looks amazing!!! He did all of this for a very reasonable fee and worked seamlessly with me even though I am out of state.
