Rich L. did our late fall fertilization application yesterday, the last one for the year. It was a granular fertilizer so he had to manually put it down with a walk behind spreader...those things can be heavy and hard to push up hills like we have. He hustled and did a great job making sure he reached all corners of our yard without getting it all over the patio, driveway etc. Thanks Rich (and Derek) for another year of taking good care of our lawn!

This is my first time with this company. I received a service I did not ask for and had to pay for it . My lawn was recently sprayed with fertilizer, weed control and grub control these are services I did want but now I have more dead grass than anything. I ve read the reviews and have seen that other customers have regular contact with a rep. I ve never had contact with any rep. No one has ever discussed anything regarding my lawn care in fact I ve never even met anyone. So now I have a terrible looking lawn full of dead grass and another bill to pay. Very disappointed.

We started using Custom Lawn Care the following summer after we moved in and within a year, it looks like a brand new yard. Jay (Custom Lawn Care technician )does a wonderful job at paying close attention to detail of the area we wanted to be fertilized and the lawn looks great and people have stop and ask who is spraying the lawn .

Okay, so how are we to know if an applicator does a good job? #1: No visible weeds the following week. Typically they do a good job, because I would not hesitate to call them to come back to spray again in an area that was missed. I think I have called 2-3 times in 20 years. They came out the next day. Problem solved. #2: Some companies do a quick walk-through to do spraying. I know this because neighbors complain about other companies that do this, and they always have crabgrass, etc, as a result in the areas they missed. Brad covers the ENTIRE yard. It is very obvious he does so because his spray even covers several feet into the driveway and sidewalk. So, thats very visible proof. When people want their lawn treated, they want their ENTIRE lawn sprayed. Big difference in his quality of service and application. Thank you!
