I’m not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews. David and his team installed a retaining wall, new techno bloc pavers and brick/flagstone steps for me. I could not have been more happy with the finished product. David took the time to pick out all the materials, gave me quotes up front and did not ask for payment until the job was done. I would definitely recommend/use him again.

Wouldn’t use this company based on what was just witnessed. Truck and trailer driver swerving in residential neighborhood with varied speeds between 5- 45 mph. Ran multiple stops signs and ran over the curb. Silverado license plate 30-103UA. Have called owner looking for repairs to damage caused by driving will update if resolved.

Yard Enhancement Services is an excellent company. They are reliable and do great work. I would use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are professional and reliable!

David and his team did an amazing job for us last week (March 2023). He edged our mulch beds, did spring clean up of all bushes, mulched and fertilized our entire yard, topped off diseased crepe myrtles, and cut down four dead trees. His team did an excellent job. Two years ago, his team also fixed and installed new cement steps for our front door which look amazing. Also, we received the invoice a few days after the service was complete so to the extent there were invoicing issues in the past, it doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore. I will note that during CoVID, his company had some issues with staffing and that the owner had some serious health concerns so that may be why the reviews from several years ago seem negative. We have had a very positive experience and have found the pricing to be very competitive. David and his team have earned our trust with the excellent work and knowledge and we will be using them again for any future needs.

I called to let the owner know that one of his employees is using my Social Security Number illegally and was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it? I just hand the paperwork to payroll." Very unprofessional and didn't care.

Will not return multiple calls. Says he will show, then doesn’t. Came recommended by neighbors. Haha. Find someone else.

The services, when provided in 2019, were fine. No complaints there. However, the timeliness of the invoices being sent is subpar. We had to reach out to the owner via email to get invoices. Once the invoices were received, services that were not provided were included in the bill. Our yard was cut bi-weekly, if that, and not weekly. The logic provided for this oversight was that they cut a neighbor's yard, two houses down, on the same day. We have someone in the house who doesn't leave, that made note of when the yard was cut. We decided to cut our own yard in 2020, and didn't use Yard Enhancement Services. In December of 2020, we get 3 invoices for services that were performed in 2019. The owner, claimed to have sent invoices for these services in February 2020, which was proven to be false by looking at our USPS Informed Delivery emails. Even if they were sent then, why wait 10 months before sending 3 separate invoices? When we called to address the issue over the phone, not only did he imply that we were lying about services rendered, but he was condescending. I would not refer this company for any services, because you will get billed infrequently, and the owner is a less than fraudulent.
