We called local landscapers for quote after a different local company kept ignoring our calls. These guys are AWESOME! Showed up when they said, gave us quotes multiple ways (per our request) and they put in a paved sidewalk for us. Problems in our yard were addressed while doing the job and the end result is just amazing. Currently getting quotes for more work. Cant say enough good things about these guys.

The crew at Local Landscapers is top notch from in office to ground crew. 5 stars for rating is not high enough. They are very efficient, timely, and cost effective. From first point of contact to the completion of the the required work they have been excellent. Chaz met with my wife on site to discuss the scope of a very muti-layered request encompassing bush-hogging, road work and an extensive debris cleanup. Chaz was very attentive to her and the video bid presentation covered the full scope of work in very specific, cost competetive detail. They were able to meet a difficult timeline and have made a LOT of peoples life much better. I will absolutely use them for all future needs.

Great company! We called based on a recommendation from a friend. We were looking for someone who would be very knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns and turn our rather shaky, weed infested yard into a great lawn. The owner, Charles, came out to look over our yard and described clearly what he would do to get our lawn where we wanted it. So far, the first step of aeration and seeding was done incredibly well, with the technician, Josh, being very concientious throughout the whole process, even coming back after normal hours to finish after the machine developed a problem. Based on how great our friends lawn now looks and the effort put forth so far on ours, I am confident that ours will look great, too.

Local Landscapers just finished a large hardscape project at our home on Lake Anna. From design all the way through construction they were very professional. The construction team of Shane and Davante were excellent. Work was completed on time and their attention to detail led to a very quality patio that we look forward to enjoying with family and friends for many years to come

Called for a quote to provide weekly lawn care, and discussed semi landscaping maintenance, beds, trees, mulching. Operator arranged visit contract estimates within 48 hours of my request. Thanked them for the quote and quick response. Passed as their estimate was double than of 3 other local providers.

Chaz and his team did a major landscaping project on the water side of our house on Lake Anna. Rip rap along the shoreline, steps, stone walkway, fire pit, outdoor shower. It s phenomenal and absolutely blew our minds when we saw it. Chaz promised his best work and he delivered. Highly recommended!!!

Chaz and team crushed it at my house in Mineral last week. Its difficult at times to get folks to respond - but Chaz and team did - and really did a great job diverting the water around my house, installing new beach sand, trimming shrubbery and laying down new mulch. House looks really great and I will 100% retain their services again soon!!!

Love, love, love these guys. Chez, Cody and one other person (cant remember his name - my bad) worked well into the evening to finish a job I begged to have done with one day notice, and saved by behind with a 2nd showing of my house the next day. DJ, in the office is 100% customer serviced along with Chez. Will recommend them anytime I hear someone needing landscaping. Hope to be building a new house and they are my guys... I promise you will not be sorry to use them - 100% quality from start to finish.

This is my second year using Local Landscapers weed and feed program and it s money well spent. My yard has never looked this good. No weeds, nothing but grass! Chaz completed the weed and feed two weeks ago and you can really see the difference. I high recommend them!

Local Landscapers are by far the best company to work with for landscaping around the Lake Anna area. I wanted a complete overhaul on our yard that was just under 1 acre. Chaz came out on a Saturday and walked the property with us. Our number 1 request was low maintenance and Chaz did the rest. We ended up with a section of Sod in the back yard and mulch throughout the rest of the property. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was a yard that looked like we didnt care and now we have one of the best looking homes because of the work Local Landscapers did. Chaz also work around our schedule with renters which amazed me. The level of communication, flexibility, and ultimately the result, they are the team for your landscaping needs! Thanks again guys, you all ROCK!

I have used this company for my lawn care for many years. When I found out that Local Landscapers also laid rip rap I inquired about my shoreline. Charles Smith sent me an estimate and I hired him to do the job. When his team of Cody, Shaun, and Andrew arrived they introduced themselves, got an understanding from me of what I wanted and began to work. In two and a half days they placed 600 feet of shoreline with rock. They were very professional and attentive to their job. The shoreline looks great. Thanks for a job well done.

WOW!!!! Just so happy with the quality of work and the price!! My lawn mower broke before the start of this season and I was able to call Kathy and get an estimate in a day or so, and then the crew came and cut. BEAUTIFUL line work in the grass and they trimmed and just made it look so good! I will absolutely be using them in the future and to get additional landscaping done. Local Landscapers have been mowing the common area in our Hickory Landing development for the past 4 years and always do a great job.

Chaz and Cody built a small paver path for me and cleaned and resanded another path. They built a shore ramp for launching kayaks and then replaced a wooden lakeside bulkhead with a beautiful stone block sea wall. They do excellent work. Very responsive and priced well.

After two downed pine trees tore up our old waterfront brick patio, we moved up a planned future replacement project. Chaz gave us a fair, competitive estimate. Although the project was delayed by an extended period of wet weather, Chaz and foreman Cody waited until ground conditions were suitable to begin work. After clearing the trees and old patio, they laid a base for the new patio. But, it wouldnt compact due wet subsurface conditions. So, they rough scraped the material to facilitate further drying and waited for dry weather. The actual installation of the pavers once the base was completed was carefully done and not rushed. The finished product was very professional. They also installed a river of rocks to improve yard drainage, removed and rebuilt a low wooden retaining wall serving as the back wall of a parking pad, and installed a gravel RV/boat trailer parking pad on a base of crusher run rock. All work was well planned and carefully installed. We subsequently contracted with Chaz for drainage improvements at another lake rental unit. Highly recommended.

We always support local business and when another local company kept cancelling appointments, missing deadlines, and not returning messages we needed to find a reliable, professional and affordable company to work with. We found Local Landscapers and it was the best decision we ever made. Charles came out to do an estimate within a few days of my call, and the 35 yards of mulch and bed trimming was completed the within the week!!! I wish I called them instead of wasting months with another company. Charles is very professional, personable and organized. Kathy, his office manager, is very responsive and extremely pleasant to work with. The members of the crew did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations on the final product. I was also so happy to learn that Local Landscapers does leaf removal as well. If you need a truly honest and professional company that does outstanding work your only choice is Local Landscapers. We wouldnt dream of using anyone else.

Chaz and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of spreading topsoil, aerating and seeding my lawn. All hard workers that were very professional and efficient. A pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Absolutely fabulous! I love these guys. Love the way my lawn looks when they are done. Every single one of them is professional and very polite. I have 20 acres. It takes 4 men 3 hours to mow it. 3 men on mowers and 1 weed eater. They watch out for animals and kids with great care. I have cats, chickens, rabbits, horses and kids. They take care of your place just like it was their place.

Their service and professionalism has been excellent. They make sure my moms yard is mowed and she is happy.
