LawnMatters is an excellent lawn service. They have taken very good care of my lawn. They have identified any lawn problems and have provided the correct chemicals to bring the lawn back. Last year I thought I had a problem with a invasive kind of grass. They came out and told me that I did not have the invasive species. There was no cost since it was my mistake. That shows what a quality service they provide.

Decided to go with this company this year! Very Disappointed so far! I m still a customer and I hope they start taking care off my lawn how they supposed to! My lawn looks terrible. It s almost July and barely got 2 applications so far. I have to call them both times after month and half to get them to do what I paid for. All you hear form them excuses!

I have been using Lawn Tech/Lawn Matters for yard services since I moved to Avon Lake 20 years ago. I have found the choice of services they offer to be exactly what I need to maintain my garden, shrubs and flower beds looking good all year. The yard staff - as well as admin personnel - is very knowledgeable (issuing valuable advice/education as needed) about the services, and respective of my property. During a particularly tough season for lawns, I was questioning why I still had certain crab grass around... without hesitation, LawnMatters came back voluntarily to oversee the situation until THEY were satisfied with the absence of weeds. When we adopted our first dog, I requested a phone call prior to their every arrival in order to bring my dog indoors; the Office staff - as well as the Field staff - were very willing to accommodate me. This kind of thing makes me feel valued as a customer. I also enjoy the fact that I have a choice in payment methods: upfront for the season, or as you go. Most importantly, I love the fact that I am dealing with a company who strives for client satisfaction. I am very much a satisfied customer.

Unfortunately I continued to get service that did not meet the standards of proper care. Someone I respect as being meticulous with his homes outside appearance recommended Lawn Matters. I called and have been using them since. I am extremely pleased with the products used and the services rendered by all I have dealt with or have come into contact with from this company.

Generally good service. A few small issues early in the season that were resolved quickly. Early weed treatment was spotty but subsequent treatment resolved the issue. Lawn hasnt looked this healthy in years.

Lawn Matters has been treating my urban lawn for 10 + years. The Lawn Matters service is thorough using granular fertilizers, evenly applied and reasonably priced. Lawn Matters is always willing to spot treat, between scheduled services, as weeds creep in. And the application technicians volunteer advice on proper mowing heights, and from time to time the need for lawn watering. However I am proudest to say that at least a half dozen neighbors compliment the good looks of my lawn, throughout the summer into winter.

These guys are the best. When I first bought my house, my lawn needed some serious love. Watering and doing my own fertilizing was not going to cut it. Lawn Matters was recommended to me by a family member and it was 100% worth it. My grass is fertilized 8 times a year, if you include aeration and winterizing. You would never know that they had been to your house if it wasnt for the sign they put in the yard. They always clean up behind themselves, and frequent watering has shown me that they are the company to stick with. They are also great with customer service.
