LawnCare Plus fulfilled everything I could hope for. They were prompt, reasonably priced, polite, friendly, and very professional. They realized the importance of removing the fallen tree quickly and did so. When I returned home I wouldn't have known they had even been there except that the tree was gone! I had Mark and his crew remove three trees in my yard. The crew did a great job paying close attention to detail making sure they didn't drop even a branch on our house. Will definitely have them back out this year to do some trimming on another tree. Mark and the crew were very knowledgeable and made sure i knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend this company.
We have been very happy with the performance of Mark, Andrew, Tom and the rest of the team. They are courteous, responsive, professional and, most important, they provide high quality results. I used to do all my own fertilizing and weed control but not anymore. Lawn Care Plus does a far better job than me and they do it at a fair price.

Exactly what I expected. No hassles, no excuses (I ve had some horrible customer service experiences lately). Clean up after taking down a immense white pine was better than I thought it would be. Will call again when I m ready to do more lawn work.

Lawn Care Plus has always provided us with professional service. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they are very responsive to questions and requests. I am retired and have turned over all my lawn care to them. In addition to mowing, they do edging mulching, fertilizing and fall clean up. I have been very pleased and would highly recommend them.
Lawn are Plus has mowed Historic First Lutherans cemetery for several years. They have done a great job mowing and trimming and are careful around the monuments. We have been very pleased with how the cemetery looks.

Ive been a customer of Lawn Care Plus for many years. From the beginning it has been such an easy, pleasant experience. Mark, and now Tom, are super responsive and it feels like Im talking and working with friends. They are sincerely friendly, caring guys who listen and get things right. The work is meticulous and I love coming home to a yard that looks fabulous. I especially love it in the fall after everything is trimmed and cleaned up and the sidewalk and driveway are edged. Then spring is like a clean canvas! Next up - fixing a boulder wall that is shifting due to erosion and causing a deck to sink. I really couldnt be happier with everything that Lawn Care Plus has done for me and my outdoor space!

Mark, Tom, Andrew, Jeremy and crew all did a great job removing Buckthorn and other unwanted brush out of our wooded yard the past 2 springs. When they spotted poison ivy they cared for that as well. Our yard looks great and cant wait to see what our landscaping project will look later this year
Mark and Tom and the crew were great to work with. I had them remove a large ash tree from my yard. They cleaned up everything and took great care of the surroundings of the yard. Easy to work with, and flexible scheduling. Would definitely contact them for future work around my house.
They did an incredible job removing trees in very hot weather and left my yard spotless! I used them for tree removal due to storm damage and another tree that had died. They came to provide me an estimate on the same day I called. They completed the work a week ahead of what they estimated. The price was excellent.

Lawn Care Plus does the grounds maintenance at the complex where I reside. I have just weeded my personal areas of the exterior and had a bunch of yard waste to get rid of. I anticipated having to cart the stuff to the City run yard waste site. Today, I was talking to one of Lawn Care Pluss employees, Jack, about this and when asked if could dump my waste into his trailer; he said yes. He then proceeded to carry the containers a couple of hundred yards to his trailer and dump them. He went over and above normal customer service. (All of the Lawn Care plus employees have always been very courteous and pleasant.)
Mark, Tom & tree crew were great to work with. They took down large maple and oak tree. They cleaned up everything. Crew is very hard workers & friendly.
My two favorite aspects of Lawn Care Plus are the excellence of the mowing crew, and the service-oriented approach of the manager (Tom may be the owner?). The crew chief is 1) a good man, 2) listens to my directions (we have a complicated lawn), 3) does excellent work including clean-up, and 4) enjoys and takes pride in his work. Tom readily adapted to our schedule changes, is very reasonable with his pricing, is easy to reach when I need to discuss something, and bills monthly. Three times I attempted to pay for a broken mower blade, which was entirely my fault, and three times he ignored me. Thanks!
I was so impressed by this service. I called the morning after our recent storm and was promised service later that same day. The trimmers arrived at the promised time and went right to work. The limb they needed to remove was still attached to the tree about30 feet above ground. They very professionally cut and removed the forked limb from my yard and my neighbors yard, over a fence without disturbing anything!! And, after grinding all the limbs, some were quite large in diameter, they raked the leaves and cleaned up the mess in my yard. These guys were GREAT!!

Mark and his team have been doing landscaping maintenance and significant projects at my house and at the High Point Swim Club for the past 8 years. Ive always been impressed by the workmanship and promptness in completing their work.
Initial meeting went well. Lots of promises. No delivery. Then excuse after excuse we heard about how they would be starting our project, you are next, just one more other house to do, we will be there first thing tomorrow, we heard it all. Until we see the work completed that was promised to us in April, this is NOT a company I would suggest contacting.
