I had Austin install a paver patio over 6 months ago. When they started, there was nothing but issues with equipment, getting product, etc. Which can be understandable. Once he has complete, he had come back less then a week later to fix the retaining wall collapsing, blocks sinking, caps not cut square, caps not glued, etc. He never fixed all of the issues that we had and had to come back again. The 2nd and 3rd time, they still didn't fix everything, claiming they didn't see what I was talking about except for the fact that I clearly marked every spot that had problems. I even took pictures and circled where there are issues. Here, I am 5-6 months down the road with the same issues that were never fixed. Bow, I have parts of the retaining wall falling down and pavers sinking. I've messaged him almost a dozen times and tried calling. I'm assuming he blocked me now. I paid almost $10,000 for this patio that is not complete. I think that they are just getting into hardscaping and don't know what they are doing. Austin, if you see this, please contact me back to rectify this issue, and I will gladly fix this review, but as of now, this is the issue.

I may have inadvertently placed a review on this business earlier today that stated the business was unresponsive. I apologise. They are very helpful and did reply to my enquiry (a different name and number came up) which led to the confusion.

Needed a few things done around the yard and I noticed the business on the way home. Austin came out the next day to provide a quote and the following week had begun making my curb appeal much better!! Great communication, pricing and attention to detail. Looking forward to more projects in the very near future. Would definitely recommend.

Murphy's Landscaping card appeared in my mailbox about the time I noticed their sign on South Point Rd. What a nice young man! He was responsive and diligent to get the after the job in order to finish it. We needed a large area mulched in my back yard in Forest Cove. We had cut come trees down and had them mulched and need a lot more coverage. Austin not only called me back quickly (not too many contractors do) and then got me an estimate quickly and was able to get me in on a timely basis. He kept me informed of his progress. I wasn't home and he didn't want me to be surprised. He needed a little bit more mulch and finished the job without me having to follow up with him! Everything looks great! I have a very low maintenance yard but when I need some help, Austin and Murphy's Landscaping will be my first call!

Incredible young man with an incredible landscaping company. I can’t say enough good things about him and the company. They have always been my go to landscaping company and I will never change! Great service! Great prices! Great attitudes and work ethic! All around a great company!

Words can’t describe how great Murphy’s landscaping is but I’ll give it a try, Honest! Trustworthy! And Professional are a few but not enough words to describe the quality of work Austin and his crew put in on the job! If you aren’t using them your missing out.
